Paul and his crew with Kleen cut builders was exceptional! I was kept in the loop about start and completion date. I had an extremely tough aggregate deck repair that many other contractors would not touch, but Kleen cut came in with a very fair price. I would highly recommend them !! Their knowledge, attention to detail, overall quality and workmanship, along with being customer service oriented was above my expectations!!

Paul (and his assistant) did a good job with the deck design, construction, and cleanup. Paul was easy to work with, and his bid was several thousand dollars less than his competitors for a comparable deck. The project took a little longer than we had hoped for, but Paul let us know before we signed the contract that his assistant's wife was going to have a baby, and that would affect the schedule. I would highly recommend Klean Cut Builders.

I highly recommend Paul! Our front porch had 2 pillars that were starting to rot at the bottom. Paul not only came out and gave a bid the same day that I had inquired, but he was able to replace the pillars the very next day! I should also point out that his bid was substantially less than another bid we had received for the porch repair. Paul was very knowledgeable in his work, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Our porch turned out beautiful!

Had a treehouse built. It came out so awesome. They even worked to get it done in time for my sons birthday! I'm having a deck installed next. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Paul for any deck work you may need. We just purchased our home and knew the lower and upper decks needed to be repaired or replaced. We decided to replace both decks. Shortly after listing the project on homeadvisor.com Paul contacted us, and we set up an appointment to take a look at the project and to give us an estimate. About 30 minutes prior to our appointment Paull called and related he was running a little behind and would be 10 minutes late (he was actually only 9 minutes late.) Most people would just be 10 minutes late without calling, not Paul. His detail to customer service is outstanding. Paul gave us an honest and fair price and we signed a contract. Paul started the project on time and worked through some tough conditions, weather wise and finished the project on time. We could not be happier with our new decks. Paul was very professional and did an excellent job. I plan on hiring Paul again to do some other projects.

Once the material was available, the deck tear down and rebuild was done promptly and quickly. Very pleased with appearance and quality.

Paul is a deck specialist. He is honest and thorough and takes obvious pride in his work. The end product was very solid and completely professional. I would recommend him for any similar project. He was on-time and efficient; only supply delays (over which he had no control) slowed the work.

To say I am frugal is by no means a lie. I do not like spending my hard earned money on much of anything and if it comes out to be more than I had projected, I am even less inclined than to begin with. So when I got the quote from Paul for the work needed to get a new deck, I immediately started to research how to build a deck. I learned all the tricks of the trade and by the end of my extensive research, I felt I had a firm grasp on the necessary abilities needed to build a passable deck. Still, I thought back to our first meeting and how genuine Paul felt. How much I enjoyed our first exchange. How honest Paul felt not just as a contractor, but as a person. I decided to go against my inherent nature, and hired Paul to do our deck. Over the course of time it took for Paul to do our job I was happy to see that wasn't just a façade but was who he was. He made me feel comfortable about the whole experience and watching the work he completed each day proved that he was also extremely skilled. My Deck was an old Deck and near the end of its life. It was overgrown by vines which had thicken up to trees, and felt more like a boat on turbulent sea than a sturdy structure to our home. It got to the point where neither my significant other or I felt comfortable going out on it and often worried about our dogs who frequented the backyard far more than us. Paul and his quality of work gave me so much more confidence about our back yard. It filled us with ideas of other things we could do with our backyard. It quickly transformed from a great deck to a starting point to our entire remodel of our backyard and gave us excitement we hadn't really felt with our backyard. When the job was done and we got to see the work Paul did, we were completely blown away from how amazing and professional it looked. It is honestly THE NICEST thing in this house and has been a constant thing we brag about with everyone we have talked to. I HIGHLY recommend the picture framing work he does. It is elegant, it is beautiful, and adds such a finished feel. As for the sturdiness of the deck, It has taken me over a week to write this review and that was because I have been too shocked for words with its stability. The deck doesn't give the wibble and wabbles I feel on so many decks, but more so as an extension of the floor of the whole house. I have all the confidence in the world on the longevity of this deck both from its materials and the quality of work put into it. I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it was to do business with Paul. He has completely changed my mind on spending the money on work. There is nothing but good things to say about Paul as a business owner, as a worker, and as an honorable man. If you're on the fence about a deck, or not sure about the price, please listen to me when i tell you this is worth every penny to hire Klean kut builders.

Friendly, completed project. I signed a contract assuming the price we agreed on that the project would take a few days at a minimum and require several hundred dollars in lumber. Needless to say, a few 2x4s and 3 hours of Labor and the job was done. It did the job but shame on me for not getting a 2nd bid. $2,200 plus tax was excessive for the materials and labor required!

Paul and his crew were punctual and courteous. The crew ran efficiently. The quality of their work was impeccable. I will not hesitate to call him for my next project.

Kleen cut responded quickly and gave us a fair price for the work. work was done in a very short time even though the job had a couple of difficulties including the extreme heat they had to work in. we are very happy with the result and would use them again for a home project anytime. great job all around.
