Description of Work: I called and left two messages for TWO full installs on TWO South Hill rentals and did not get a return call.

Description of Work: Fixed two stations, replaced solenoids, but technician was on the phone to shop for help and a trip to the shop. There is still something wrong because the stations fixed won't come on full pressure.

Description of Work: They upgraded a previous owner installed system. |He did a wonderful job. Everything is nicer appearing and much better functioning.

Description of Work: This Company did Spring turn-ons, tested 25 valves and adjusted several dozen sprinkler heads. Three valves did not work and two heads were broken. Trouble shooting revealed that the wiring was bad. Replaced 80 feet of underground wiring (including burying the wire under lawn). Replaced 8 valves. Replaced 2 heads. Tested system and all works well. It took a few stops and starts as the job was more extensive than was known upon first arrival. The cost was a little high, but that seems to be the case with ALL sprinkler repair companies. Nathan was a particularly sweet guy and did his best in 100+ degree weather. The office lady, Christina, is very nice too.

Description of Work: I had a badly leaking valve box, one leaky station, and one totally non functional station. Contacted via email, Alex called me, scheduled to come out and take a look. Was right on time ( 8AM ), professional, set up an appointment for someone to come out that afternoon at 2:30. At 2:30 sharp, Nathan called me, I arrived a few minutes later, we went over the issues. He got the valve box leak fixed after about an hour and a half, put everything back together, fixed the next leak and restored the faulty third station. I was very impressed with Jones' timeliness, efficiency, professionalism, and value for service. Would definitely recommend them and will use them anytime I have sprinkler issues.

Description of Work: They put in Sprinkler systems that were very thought out and designed to meet the needs of the various gardens, and lawns we have on our property. They went above and beyond! I called them and they met with me the same day, worked out a plan and started the job. They were always on time and very easy to work with.

Description of Work: John was the service technician. He was friendly and professional. He did a systems check-up and replaced one faulty sprinkler head and repositioned a second one. I'd recommend this provider; I plan to use them for any future sprinkler system needs.
