It was a very young man who was very competent. He is agile and very quick. He was friendly and helpful and every positive attribute I can come up with. He was enjoyable young man that helped us out. The price was very reasonable and I was expecting it to be higher. The quality of the work was high.

I was extremely impressed with Alex Jones' professionalism, courtesy, timeliness & quality of work. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it (which I find particularly refreshing). Additionally I was charged 18%($50) less than his original estimate because the job went more quickly than he had expected. While I don't wish sprinkler problems on anyone, this young man distinguished himself in my mind because of his business ethics & congenial personality.

One of the my sprinkler zones was plugged and therefore never turning off while the other zones were going as well which was not creating enough water pressure to allow the other zones to water the lawn. 1st- I called Alex midmorning and he said he would stop by to check on the problem sometime after 4:00 the same day. He arrived promptly at 4:00 and was able to figure out the problem, fixed the problem and then checked to make sure the system continued to work thereafter. He also replaced 2 heads that we notice work not working properly. I will be working with Alex again when I go to add on to my system.

Alex, the owner of the company, previously repaired a sprinkler system for a friend at my request. I was so satisfied with his service that I used him to repair my sprinkler system, which had been unsuccessfully repaired by another company. Alex is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I will certainly use him for any future repairs and highly recommend him.

Alex was awesome. I gave him a call and he first attempted to help me fix my problem myself. When that wasn't working and I was attempting to describe my problem over the phone I was able to send him pictures to help diagnose the problem. He came out and knew exactly what to do and performed the work with confidence. He was up front about what needed to be done and also very helpful in explaining the issues and how to prevent them in the future. I will definitely be calling up Jones Sprinklers for any irrigation issues I have in the future.

I checked AngiesList and chose Jones Sprinklers because he had done work up on Five Mile Prairie and had good reviews. My call was returned by the owner, Alex Jones, within a couple of hours. He was able to set up an appointment within two days, arrived promptly, and set about inspecting the system. He quickly found the problem, a leaking valve, and a couple of other problems in the outside sprinklers that I had no clue were there until he showed me. He fixed the valve at a reasonable price, gave me a bid on resetting the height of some sprinklers and replacing some heads that are wrong for their location. Alex also spent considerable time answering my questions on my Rainbird timer box, and will be adding a rain sensor and remote control (at additional expense to this visit, of course) that will make my life easier during watering season. I am very, very impressed with Jones Sprinklers and have added Alex to my short list of service providers to use for future repairs and water projects in the yard.

Alex came to fix my sprinker system on time and actually for less than what he quoted me on the phone. I was able to send him a picture of the problem which he gave me a price. I thought he did a great job, and I highly recommend him for anyone needing sprinkler work in the future.

He ended up charging me about $100 less than what I was expecting for 5 new sprinkler valves.

Alex's workers arrived on time and while they are working Alex stopped by to make sure everything is in order. They found two leaks in the sprinkler pipe and fixed them in an area very far from the zone in question. The crew and Alex knew what they were doing and were very friendly and courteous. We thought the cost ($85) was reasonable because it took them 1.5 to 2 hours to find and address the problem.

He promptly returned my call, came by to assess the situation giving suggestions both on the sprinklers and the landscaping problems in the overly wet flower bed that had resulted from the sprinkler problems, gave me a verbal estimate for the work to be performed, and came a couple of days later (with two additional crew members) to complete the work. The crew showed up on time, and Alex came a little bit later, but he was here with them as they did the work. In the backyard inside the fence, they reconfigured the heads, capping some off, moving others, and changing the tops to lower volume sprays. It took nearly 5 days for the backyard "lakes" to dry up prior to Alex coming to do the work (running the sprinklers 2 minutes once a day). Now there are no lakes and the sprinklers run for a longer period of time. We are also adding a French drain in the back of the flower bed so that if water does run off out of the fenced yard it will not pool in the flower bed. Alex is conscientious, does a good job, is very pleasant to work with, and cleans up when he's finished. My previous sprinkler crew left empty bottles and cans on my fence and elsewhere after working on hot days. I offered them some drinks from the fridge in my garage and they took them, only drank half sometimes, and left the rest in the bottles and cans in various places around the yard. The contractor even left his fast food lunch sack full of garbage on my front porch one afternoon. Alex and his crew also were offered Gatorade from the garage fridge, but they made sure to clean up, not only the dirt and sprinkler parts, but also the bottles, etc. This was a much more expensive job than the rental home, but Alex's bid was reasonable and he stuck by it. It's only been a little over a day, but everything is working fine at this point and I can now put chairs on the back patio that used to get covered in water every time the sprinklers ran!

Alex promptly returned my voicemail to talk about, and schedule, the needed repairs. He showed up on the day he said, did the work, double-checked everything, and was finished. It was quick, simple, and affordable. He's a very personable man and easy to talk with, he quickly understood what needed to be done and did it.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alex, Nathan and Adam. Alex responded very timely in providing a quote and scheduling the work. They were very professional throughout and discussed various options as they came up. We intend to use Alex for all future work on the system as well as to provide spring and fall maintenance. I would highly recommend him to other members without hesitation.

I contacted other companies for the repair, but they couldn't come out immediately. Alex was able to come out the very next day. He worked efficiently to repair our system. He is knowledgeable and nice. He told me if we experience any problems to give him a call and he'll come by to take care of them.

Alex Jones is a pleasure to work with. He had done an estimate for us last year and due to personal budgeting, we had to postpone our project until the spring of the following year. He took that information and called us in March, letting us know that his season had begun and asked if we were still interested in getting our sprinklers installed. We were so we had him come back out and rebid. His pricing was by far the lowest that we had gotten by a few thousand dollars and in addition, he was the most responsive and helpful of any of the companies we had spoken with. We had our sprinklers installed within a week of getting his bid. He is such a hard worker and such a nice person. After the job was complete, my husband accidentally punctured one of the sprinkler lines and Alex came back out the next day to repair it. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and will use him in the future if needed.
