Jones Sprinklers

My system had been inactive for years and had many leaks. Pipes and heads needed replacing. The original estimate was for a little less, but he was literally running around my yard working as fast as he could to keep my costs down. I'd had an earlier estimate for about four times his estimate, so it was still a bargain.

He came over and turned it off. He went to get parts, disassembled it, put it back together and worked well ever since! I couldn't ask for more!

Alex came out and did an initial evaluation and estimate which was right on the money in late May. They were really booked up and we scheduled it for July 2. They did a great job and I feel confident that my lawn is going to look a lot nicer soon! They explained everything about the new controller and left instructions so I would feel confident.

Very professional, prompt and reasonably priced for system tune up and replacement of sprinkler head. I would use them again.

Alex showed up a wee bit early, in the rain! Once the rain let up, he got to work. In an hour and a half he had all of the work that I requested completed and done well. Alex has a nice personality and a great sense of humor and worked hard at his job. I am very glad that I found Alex and would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

John showed up on time and within a few days of placing the call to Jones Sprinklers. John spent a few hours trying to find the reason behind our low pressure on the sprinklers in the back yard. He quickly identified a leak in several places and scheduled a return visit within the week to fix the leaks, which solved the problem. He is very knowledgable on sprinkler systems and I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks. We can spend this summer not worrying about dying grass in our back yard because of John.

The workmen were prompt and worked hard throughout the day. The problems were in quality - there are several places where pipe is visible from the surface running through the grass. The areas I noticed the day the men worked were minimally addressed nothing near the 6" minimum requested for pipe depth. I contacted a Jones representative working in my area who committed to coming by following his work at a neighbors to inspect the shoddy work -- 10 minutes later he jumped into his van in the sight of my family and drove away. I liked the ethos and professionalism of Jones when I met them several months ago but today I am genuinely shocked by the work done.

They blew out the sprinkler system for the winterization. Everything went well.

I called on Jones Sprinklers because I had seen the owner Alex work on my Father's system last summer and was extremely impressed. Alex sent John out with the promise that I would be very happy with John's work as well. Alex was right - John was very professional, worked non stop, and did an excellent job. We talked initially so I could tell him what problems I knew about and things I wanted changed. He conferred with me several times throughout the afternoon to let me know what he had found and what he needed to do to fix the problems. The price for all the time he spent and everything he did was very reasonable. I am very pleased with everything that John did!

Great service!!! John was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. He went out of his way to show us how to use our system and was so thorough he found several problems we didn't even know we had. He ensured the whole system was operational and even educated us on water usage and cost to run our system. He did not try to push additional product on us which i REALLY appreciated but did explain different things out there that could help us make our system more efficient. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will only be using them every time we have a sprinkler issue. Thank you Jones Sprinklers and thank you John!!

He was okay. It was a little high for me. He charged $60 to come out. I looked him up on Angie's List so I decided to go with him. He's very nice and very courteous. He was very good. He did it very well. He came when he said he was going to come. He was very professional.

When I called to get someone out, I got an earlier date to do work than I expected, as I had called a competitor first and couldn't get anyone out for another 3 weeks. John arrived within the time that was previously stated. John was easy to talk to, knew what he was doing and worked fast. I was satisfied with the work he did and his advise about run times, etc. on the sprinklers. I thought the price was very reasonable for 1 1/2 hours of work and John even applied the Angie's list discount to the invoice without me saying anything. I will call this company back when I need future work done.

The job went very well. I was impressed with Jones sprinkler, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing sprinkler work. The last couple of times John, not the owner, has done the repairs. He is a very good worker. He went above and beyond on the last repair job. He fixed what I asked to fix, then on his own he saw another problem and just fixed it. I highly recommend this company.

John arrived early and found that the system was not correctly installed so he worked diligently for over two hours to make sure that everything functioned the way it was supposed to.

It went well. I like about them good communication, good service and reasonable prices.

My step mother had two sprinkler circuits that were not working. John from Jones Sprinkler showed up on time, looked at the timer, then examined all the sprinkler valves. The two problem valves had the flow adjusters turned down too tight so no water was flowing. The fix was relatively easy, but John was very professional and helpful and took the time to check all the valves and the timer for possible problems. He explained how the valves worked and what I could do myself in the future if the problem came up again. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

The gentleman, Alex, was dependable. He was quick, accurate, and knowledgeable. He charged a reasonable price. He fixed a huge problem that a very expensive contractor cost me and refused to fix. Alex came out and saved the day!

Working with Alex was a pleasure. He is professional in appearance and behavior and his crew is polite and responsive. We have a rather large yard - more than 12,000 square feet with several somewhat demanding design requirements. They installed a nine zone system with more than 30 sprinklers together with a rain gauge. The electronics are of high quality and extremely easy to operate. The job met or exceeded all our expectations and Alex was quick to address our questions and provide information as needed. I will certainly use them in he future and highly recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler work.

We have used other companies for this service in past years but these folks are head and shoulders above the rest. We'll never call anyone else in the future, should the need arise. Not only do they do a bang-up job, the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

John was new to me when he knocked on the door. He told me he had 30 years of experience fixing sprinkler systems and that was why he had been hired by the owner. His experience showed. He was fast and thorough. Could not have asked for better work or a better price. Marilyn Rider

Service was both accommodating and super fast -- I needed a late afternoon appointment so I wouldn't have to be gone from work and Alex was able to work us in. I think the entire thing took 20 minutes, tops. He blew out all our zones and shut our outdoor water off as well. He was both friendly and professional -- will definitely call Jones Sprinklers for our future sprinkler needs.

Alex came out within 20 minutes of our first call. He was professional, fast, knowledgable and friendly. I've had problems in the past with the big sprinkler company in Spokane. If you're looking for a sprinkler company, go with this one instead, you won't be disappointed.
