 + -1 moreI talked with a fellow on the phone to get on the list. He was not very engaging or friendly. I got a feeling he didn't enjoy his work. Then, I waited and waited for a call, email something. I got nothing...disappointed. Not sure of the date. It has been several years.
Description of Work: I put myself on a waiting list for upholstering classes that I found on their website. I was so looking forward to this class and was so excited about it. They never contacted me.

Description of Work: Recovered chaise cushion, did a beautiful job with beautiful fabric, in a timely manner. Sometimes no one was at the front desk, which was a little disconcerting, but someone usually came to the desk within a minute or two. They did a beautiful work! Professional and extremely-well done.

 + 0 moreThey came out promptly to give us a bid after we called them. They were professional, had lots of information and answered all our questions. It took about two to three weeks for the awning to arrive as they had predicted. It came in on the day before July 4 and they knew we wanted it installed for that holiday so they came on the third and got everything set up in about three hours. Great to work with.
