Gage and his team did an extraordinary job replacing my original wood deck with a high quality composite flooring, and replacing the original sliding door to the deck with custom-built French doors. Both craftsmanship and expertise were exemplary, pricing competitively fair and reasonable, communication excellent regarding scheduling and needs for minor modifications, and working with this highly professional team could not have been a more positive or pleasant experience. Removal of old materials and cleanup was spotlessly performed. Did I mention they also replaced all carpeting on my lower level with the same exceptional professional skills? I unequivocally recommend Innovative Restoration for any and all remodeling projects. I certainly will not be looking beyond this gem of a company for my future projects!

We really can’t say enough good things about Innovation Renovation! They saved us from a renovation nightmare. We were conned by a shady contractor last year who left our staircase and roof in a state of disrepair and disappeared on use. The owner of I.R came out and gave us an extremely fair quote. Even with a diminished budget, we were able to accomplish all of our goals and then some! Not mention they honored a quote they gave almost a year prior! The last day of work was completed today and our only regret is that we didn’t hire Innovation Renovation originally. We will definitely be going to them for our future projects. Last thing I’ll say is that their customer service was right on par with their quality of work. The owner was in constant communication and giving us updates on a daily basis. After our terrible experience last year, it gave us peace of mind and kept the process stress free. Again, can’t recommend them highly enough!!
