I hired inland home improvements to do my roof, they subbed the job out to Garcia roofing. There was a miscommunication with the gutters which ended In them being damaged, and then removed leaving the drip edge looking like crap because it was installed with the gutters in place, there are gaps in the drip edge. The facia was also damaged during the roof Job so I had to pay them to redo the entire facia which turned out great but one of the installers was a total pain. Overall not a great experience but they were cheap so I guess that?s what you get.

Since the work will begin in two weeks I am not able to rate workmanship of this company. However, the sales person, Mr R. Jones was professional and very informative.

IHI did a proffesional job from initial eval/quote to finnished project. we look foreward to huring them for the next improvement project.

Dan and Randy were very helpful with completing my projects. Initially they came out to install an egress window in the basement. I asked about other jobs as well and they were happy to do them too. They were really great to make suggestions — always looking out for me so I would be happy with the final product. I am beyond happy with the end result. They were always quick to return my call and were prompt upon arrival. Great job!

The contractors were very professional... Doing a wonderful job, their fast only taking 3 days to complete the job, also quite reasonably priced for the job.

Quick and efficient. We had a skylight that was leaking. They were able to get a replacement and install it the same day as we had them out to look at it.

FOUR EGRESS WINDOW VERY GOOD JOB THEY DONE FOR US

We are very happy with the job that Inland Home Improvements had done for us. One of our windows had leaked due to wind and rain damage and they did an excellent job removing the old frame and replacing the trim. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for window work.

We felt that the bid was great. A problem that did come up was that we were told that a ladder had to come with our window, if it was over a certain depth. The day of install, there was no ladder. A call, to Dan, remedied the problem and we received our ladder. There also was a bit of tumoil, the morning of our install, as the workers were outside yelling at each other using profanity. The overall happiness I have for this install is ok. Could I be happier? Yes. I don't blame this company for the issue, I blame the concrete cutter company that was used. We now have an unsightly interior wall, and ceiling in the bedroom. Fortunately, my husband can fix these issues himself, or we would have been charged more to have inland home improvement fix them.
