Randy's knowledge of the product and what would work best for our 3 4x4 picture windows was a blessing. Who knew that you could have that much clarity with a window! Our view has been enhanced 100%. The installation went smoothly but the guys were 30 minutes late so I drop the rate to a 4.5 on just that alone. Received a call 2 days later from the office to confirm we were happy with the service and were satisfied with the windows. Great experience. Hubby and I will most certainly use them again.

From the first contact through the installation of our new window everyone I dealt with was very cordial and professional. They showed up for bid when they said they would, fair price, and actually had them do some floor work as well while they were here installing the window. Workers were on time, knew what they were doing, friendly, and left no mess behind! Would recommend them and use them again for future projects.

They came to give me an estimate when they said they would. I had to call them to get them back to do final measurements, I was told they had a problem with my credit card, but the problem was the gentleman who had written it down had such bad handwriting they couldn't read it. The installers arrived an hour before I was told they would arrive. They finished when they said they would but I thought the area around the windows looked pretty messy, the caulk was smeared and clumpy. They also left saw dust on my front porch. The windows look fine, I just hoped that for $500.00 they could have been double hung.

They were great. Fast friendly and efficient.

We got 3 windows replaced 1 week ago and because it is cold we haven't used very much or had enough time to really eval. But they look very nice and out of 6 different businesses giving us estimates these guys definately surpassed the others. They gave us far more of their time with explaining our choices and also had sample windows to show us, not just a pamphlet. The other guys took a week to get back to us with an estimate but these guys sat down and came up with an estimate while still at our house. And were at our house to do the job exactly when they said they would be. And they will match the lowest bid.
