Appointment set up within a few days. Electrician scoped out our problems, solved some, told me what to buy (unfortunately big box store was clueless) to fix our fluorescent fixture. Electrician bought what was needed and it was done. Great service!

In March 2023, Infinite Electric updated to code our home electrical system with a new 200 amp, high capacity, electrical panel, breakers and meter as well as an electrical outlet for a generator in case of power outage. The company was prompt in beginning the project the same week we contracted with them and pleasant in their dealing with us. The work was professional with two journeyman Electricians undertaking the project. We were impressed with the quality of work and service. We highly recommend Infinite Electric located in Spokane Valley.

We had several of the crew members from Infinite work on our kitchen remodel and all were fantastic. Josh, Tucker, Nick P, Mike & Patty, were all friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Our remodel is not quite complete. Still waiting on our countertops to be installed and then Infinite will come back to do the last bit of electrical work but am sure they will do as good a job on the finishing up as they have on the initial start. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future projects we may have.

I heard this electric company they were on time very professional. They even work with me to get the right part to get my problem fixed and they fixed it fast and timely matter.

Great experience, they wired my whole house and garage. It's now ready for solar panels. Couldn't be happier!

Infinite Electric came out and assessed the problem I was having, gave me several options to choose from, and sent Jessen and Tucker to do the work for me. I can't say enough good about these 2 young men. They were friendly, respectful, answered any questions I had and did a fantastic job! Any accolades the company receives from customers and wants to give these young men is well deserved. They will be the electric company I refer anyone to who needs an electrician. Everyone that I dealt with from the office was first class friendly and helpful. I know I would forget someone if I tried to name names, so let me just say thanks to all of you! I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Cheaper than previous electrician we hired, with higher quality job done. Rob did initial inspection and was very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain exactly what was needed and also gave us tips for maintenance/ future jobs. The office girls, Rochelle and Shelly were friendly and got us scheduled quickly. They used top notch materials and did NOT make a mess!! They will be our electricians for any future needs!

Techs were there when they said they would be, or would call if there was a delay. Efficient, done within time frame, and pleasant. Can't say about value for money because it's hard to judge invisible stuff like the energy flowing correctly ? but I feel very happy with the work done.

They were great, prompt, curteous, very efficient and very nice people. Put in an 220 circuit. It didnt take all day either. Just a few hours. Everyine from the first phone cal to completion was great. Worked with 6 different people and they were all great.
