Went without a hitch. They called and said they could come a little early. They arrived and had the job done along with clean up in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. They showed us how to work everything plus wrote it all down for us. They were absolutely awesome!

They we're on time and kind to my barking dog. They looked at all of my projects thoroughly in order to provide a complete estimate. They will bill for the service call . The only thing they did't do was bring the hoses they could offer me for the central vac system , which was something they had said they would do. But I can look at those later.

They came in and saw I had made an error on something and just fixed it at no charge and left. They also told me I needed to bring my speakers because they had a hum in them. They have a good attitude and good customer service.

Although the system was expensive, it was worth every penny to have Huppins take care of everything. It was so nice to just have them come in with all of the equipment and totally set it up. It took Joey and his team two full days of set up and programming, something we NEVER could have done on our own. They ask us hundreds of questions to make sure things would be just the way we wanted it. Even though they cut holes for speakers, etc., they cleaned everything up. Their guys were just great and all of them really seemed to care about doing a good job and making sure everything was working properly. The whole system looks and sounds just great. When I didn't like the way the TV look mounted above the fireplace, they found a better bracket for us quickly and without a complaint. They have been just fantastic about following up and making sure everything is working properly. Very responsive. I absolutely recommend them!

They have all kinds of warranty and all kinds of stuff. They do stuff all over the country through the internet but they're like six walks from us. I know the cost is really good as we compared with wall mart and others. They gave a better price.
