Service was super-friendly. Went out of their way to be helpful. Were up-front about the extra-cost if there are any animal stains in the carpet - so that was not a surprise.

Owner was very responsive to our need to have the carpets cleaned within a certain time frame. Called two hours early on the day of the appointment to see if we were available as he was running ahead of schedule. Arrived on time for the job. He's a bit overbearing and spends alot of time talking himself up and speaking poorly of the competition. He and one other employee rushed through our 2,000 + sq foot home in an hour (no wonder they run ahead of schedule). Poor results were visible immediately, and I made the choice not to call and complain as I didn't feel comfortable with their work and didn't want them back in my house. Two days after the carpets were cleaned one of my cats spit up a hair ball and I cleaned the carpet with my Bissel Little Green Pro Heat Spot cleaning machine, the water came up dark brown. I have had the same experience on two other occassion sinsce that time while spot cleaning. If my carpet is this dirty after paying to have it cleaned then they obviously didn't do a good job cleaning it. Would not reccommend at all.

I've had Steve Robinson clean my carpets for 3 years now. He is clean-cut, courteous, professional, and believes in giving a great service. He was thorough in doing his best to clean the carpets and remove any stains, plus added a deoderizer on the carpet near the toilets. He even washed the baseboards behind my couch and vacuumed out the air duct registers on the carpeted area. He's committed to quality.
