+ -1 moreBonnie was quite friendly and the crew arrived on site and set up the carport quite quickly. They didn't have enough screws to finish the job but came back the next day and finished. The problem with these folks comes when you need warranty work done. The trim on the carport was not installed properly and a strong wind bent the trim up and ruined a couple of pieces. I talked with both Bonnie and Curt and they were going to send someone to repair the damage but no one has shown up. It has been over 6 weeks since Bonnie told me someone would be here. They have not answered my phone calls for the past month.

+ -1 moreOverall, this project went very well. I would definitely recommend Gottcha Covered to anyone who is in the market for a carport, large or small. The owners, Curtis & Bonnie, were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The quality and warranty on their product is exceptional. The carport we had built was 24 feet wide, 36 feet long and 12-1/2 feet tall to accommodate a 34 foot Motorhome and a Pickup truck. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked very hard. There was some extra leveling that needed to be done and Curtis was willing to do whatever was needed to ensure a quality building.
Description of Work: Built a 24' x 36' x12.5' covered carport.
