Landscape Construction: Dew Drop’s team of certified construction supervisors & trained technicians can easily handle conventional landscaping, as well as construction of water fountains, retaining walls, walkways, & other landscaping features. Dew Drop has installed many LEEDS projects & is eager to work with the customer to install landscaping that is sensitive to specific environmental needs. Irrigation Services: Dew Drop’s well-trained crews use high-quality systems & parts when installing long lasting, efficient irrigation systems. In addition to installation, the company offers design & routing service. The appointment was for between 3 and 5, at 4:10 they called to cancel after the day was planned around their confirmed time. Will not use again

Horrible. See above. They are double charging customers.
Description of Work: He was called by myself to replace the brass one way valve for sprinkler system. It was obviously leaking and I didn't have time to replace. When I called I gave the exact description of the problem and the size needed for replacement. I asked specifically for them to bring the parts to repair on first visit. Dew Drop showed up, had me show them the leak, and then asked when I wanted to schedule for repair. I said, "you were suppose to repair it now, I already know where it's leaking". They were not prepared to repair, only give a quote. I then got a bill for $100 for "drive time to Liberty lake" and "one hour of labor". I called the owner and complained, he would not bargain or admit that they are double charging people....once for a "quote" and later for repair. I will never use them again and I hope you don't either.

Description of Work: The agent arrived on time both times and went to work right away and seemed very efficient. Cleaned up the area so there was little evidence they had performed work in the lawn. Their prices are competitive with other local lawn service/system installation companies.

Quality is so poor that I will need to start over and replace their work. We bought a new semi-custom house with a reputable builder (which we love the house, it is perfect)... the yard is a different story. The below describes our issues with this company. 1) Irrigation lines are on average only 4" deep. Frost line is 24". 2) In two spots irrigation line are visible on the surface. 3) Lawn was not graded. 26 baseball sized rocks had to be personally removed/picked up where the grass was not growing. 4) Garbage embedded in lawn... crushed pop cans & leftover 2x6 lumber. 5) In the initial/sales talk with the owner I made it clear that no bark or crushed rock was to be installed. What did I get?... Bark. Which the builder promptly removed after strong verbal feedback but how can anyone really remove all bark shavings from soil. Flower beds are now tainted. 6) Manifold/Valve Box was installed in the middle of the front yard. Any reputable irrigation company knows to install it on the side of house where it is out of site and can keep warm(er) during the winter freeze months. 7) Hole in house where wires enter was not sealed/weather proofed.
