I was somewhat disappointed at first, my service call went really well and they were able to come out the next day, he had to order parts but told me they should be there Tuesday this was a Friday. This is when the problems started, I called and was told they’re service guy would call and set up appointment, well he never called and finally I said can you just send someone else out and they finally did. My experience with the service technicians were great it’s the follow up that needs improvement!!! I do want to give a shout out to Roman and Amiri (?).

Cougar Mechanical did a terrific job of installing my gas furnace and AC a few years ago. It was time for the annual checkup and they did a great job once again. The tech, Ethan, was timely, professional and knowledgeable. As he reviewed each of the systems (furnace/AC/water heater) he shared with me what he was looking for and how the system rated. He also shared with me what I can do to keep each of the units in tip top shape. I was very pleased with his visit. Cougar Mechanical will continue to be my 'go to' for HVAC needs. I recommend their services to others!

We couldn't be happier with Jared. We were expecting him between 11 am and 1 pm, but he arrived by 9:30 am. He was able to fix a minor repair for us within 25 minutes. Great job!
