They were prompt. I had huge difficulties in getting any roofer to call be back this spring. They called back and gave an estimate. But they gave the estimate without me being present, so there was a couple of things I wanted different than the original estimate. Called and got a verbal on the difference. When work started, I again said I wanted the gutters removed and shed done. But workers didn't have that on their list. So i had to again talk to the manager to get that added. In the end the cost was a bit more than the over the phone difference. But they did a good job on the roof and completed everything in 2 days. After the manager left, the workers didn't want to remove the lower gutters because there were screwed in instead of nailed, but they removed the upper gutters that I was worried about. I ended up removing the lower gutters myself.. They cleaned up well after everything was done.

My husband interviewed quite a few companies. Some didn't return calls, some were too high. Chuck Henderson and his crew were responsive and spent the time needed for us to make the decision. His price was the best, also. We were lucky in that his entire crew had a down day during a large project and could come and do our roof. They had the entire project done in one day, with a few details taken care of the next morning. His crew was wonderful, helpful and answered any questions we had. Chuck was very much onsite and making sure everything was good. They did some extras for us which they didn't need to do. Our former roof hadn't been done correctly and it has given us peace of mind to know that the deficiencies have been corrected and we don't have to worry about water coming through anymore. Have recommended his company to our neighbor down the street who had her roof done and would recommend them to anybody needing roofing done.

Chuck and his crew were awesome to work with. They made everything simple and had everything done in one day. By the far the best price and the workmanship was professional and right on time.

We bought our house last year from the bank. We knew from water marks on the roof that there was an issue. The bank had another roofer come out to fix it. It was suppose to be fixed before we bought the house. The first rain storm after we bought the house the roof started to leak. We called both the bank and the roofer but they both blamed each other and neither would fix the issue. We then had three roofers come look at the roof. Henderson roofing was lowest of the bids and seemed most knowledgeable. They spent the time to find the leak, showed me all the damage caused from years of leaking, what was causing it and fixed the problem. They had to tear up the part that was replaced by the other contractor. We have had no leaks since. We will call them again with any other roofing concerns. They were great.

They did a good job and let me know that I had a problem with my chimney. It was a little hard to contact them - I would leave a message and then, they would leave me a message. I would hire them again.
