Stacey at Burgan called within 3 minutes of setting up my request through Home Advisor. I was in a pickle with Home Depot non service and working with Rheem to get a defective gas valve replaced on my brand new hot water heater. Stacey searched around and kept in contact with me throughout my efforts all day. Finally she surprised me with a very competitive bid for complete replacement and installation for slightly more than what I paid at HD. Having experienced their unwillingness to help me out I elected to return it and let Burgan come install theirs. Stacey stayed with me until the last minute when I decided to go with her and Burgan. Mica came and installed the new one quickly and my family had hot water by dinner. I am very pleased with Stacey and Mica and my experience with Burgan. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me.

Appointments not consistently kept but office was very responsive. We gave them a challenging job and they tackled it like pros. I will contact them again for the next project. The price issue might be normal for WA state.

Do not be fooled by their youth! They are professional and diligent in their service and communication. Will hire for other jobs!

It was a pleasure working with this business. Employees were professional and very personable. They replaced my range vent with an over range microwave and modified the overhead cabinet to fit the installation. Work on my house is complicated by it being an older mobile home but they did a great job customizing the cabinet. Burgans also installed a new water heater. This installation was done quickly and efficiently.

Water Hester gave up the ghost, and Burgan was the only company that could do the replacement next day. Not only were they quick to get to work, but professional, courteous, and stayed in touch.

Did a good job although they had to make 2 trips to a hardware store to get parts they didn't have.
