I was overwhelmed by the speed and quality of service by the young man doing the installation. He even had to make some adjustments and everything fit perfectly.

I called Bath Fitter after seeing all the commercials and wanted to do a custom upgrade to make one of our showers bigger, if possible. Jerry came out for the estimate and was so nice and helpful! He said it would fit no problem and even gave me a couple ideas and recommendations on what he thought would look great. I also needed it done before Christmas and he got me a great schedule date the 1st week of Dec. I even called Steve the day before to see if I could add a grab bar, even though it was so last minute, and he said he'd send a couple options no problem! Jason was my awesome installer - he called me when on his way to my house, brought floor runners to protect the carpet, was so courteous and prompt, and I was very impressed with him. When he finished, the shower looked AMAZING and even better than I imagined it would! I was also happily surprised that in making my shower bigger it made the space look even bigger than before. Great product; installers worked hard all day, got it done in one long day. Love the new walk-in shower, dual shower heads. Hubby doesn't have to 'duck' to get in/out. Great sales person, great communication for installation, best installer (Jaime).

Doug was extremely helpful, with no pressure whatsoever, and was able to answer our questions and make recommendations where we were unsure. A really nice guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. We are beyond pleased both with Doug as well as the amazing products available.

Noted the installer Travis, that his performance and his close attention to detail is impeccable. Had Bath Fitter install the main bath. Travis removed the old outdated tub/shower and installed a beautiful step in shower. Wow! Its a HUGE refreshing change! Can't imagine a better installer than Travis and can't say enough good things about him. Totally appreciate and in awe of his dedication and expertise.

Jason, my installer, did an amazing job. He was a nice guy and made sure he was careful in my home. The shower looks amazing and I tend to find any flaw with things but this installation is perfect. The entire experience with Bath Fitter was great. The initial sales meeting was smooth, and I was amazed at the price. I will recommend them for anyone who wants a new shower!

The Bathfitter installer, Jason, came in and built EXACTLY what I ordered, (a little bit of a custom job). He was serious, fast, skilled and experienced and the job came out even better looking than I expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very friendly and showed up on time. Did a wonderful job of keeping the mess well contained and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They didn't mind if we came in as they were working to see how things were being done. Explained all the project from start to finish. What a great experience this was, start to finish, proving that we made the right decision in hiring Bath Fitter. Our installer Matt Adams was here promptly at 8 a.m. and began setting up for a long day of hard work. He was organized and efficient, laid down runner to protect our carpet from the front door all the way to the bathroom, working quickly throughout COUNTLESS trips from his van and our garage. He knew what he was doing and cheerfully answered any questions we had along the way. He also spoke high praises of Bath Fitter as an employer, and his quality of work proved that he is a happy employee. At the end of the project everything was left in spotless condition and we were thrilled with our new shower, though exhausted from just watching him at his task. Thank you, Matt--you're a 10! We have no reservation in recommending Bath Fitter. The rep who signed us up, Josh Neathery, was also top notch.

Our technician was a fast and accurate worker. There were noises of saws but he was busy the entire time, running up and down the stairs and out to the driveway where he had a work site set up and moving heavy items out of the bathroom where an old tub and shower were removed in cut down pieces and new items were brought up. He put down tarps and left our home in perfect condition, clean and no residue from the labor.

We had a complete new walk-in shower installed with complete demolition and installation of old shower, old garden tub, and brand new walk-in shower, all done in two days to perfection. I am very pleased with the overall job and the professionalism of the two guys that were here. They didn't invade our space, and we hardly knew they were here. I would hire them over and over again. They were outstanding, and their finished product is magnificent.

I recommend a slip free coating on the shower pan. The standard pan is a bit slippery, even though rippled.

This company does fantastic, flawless, quality work. The installer was friendly, used quality materials and kept his mind on the job. The job was completed in just six or seven hours, I had to wait 24 hours before I could use the shower to let the caulking set and when I did use the shower it was awesome. Each Bath Fitter employee I talked to was the same friendly person as the installer. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Replaced bathtub and installed valve and trim kit; replaced toilet. The project was completed timely and exactly as expected. The staff and workforce were professional, competent and courteous. We’re very satisfied with the results.
