+ -1 moreThis is the third time I've used the services of All Star Garage Doors. Called owner Ben Foley on 9-20-12. He dispatched a crew the following day. A bit of a mixup occurred on arrival, as one team member arrived on time, but a second carrying the replacement parts did not and was not answering his cell phone. The crew member who arrived on time immediately began tearing out the old drive unit and I couldn't help wondering if the missing team member with the new drive unit would arrive or not (e.g., I'd be left with a non-functional door) ... but of course he did show up (15 or 20 minutes later) and the entire job with done in a little over 1 hour. As usual the work was done well and the cost was reasonable.,
Description of Work: Had a noisy, old Genie screw-drive garage door opener replaced with a quieter belt drive unit. Also had several screws replaced/tightened on the roll-up double door.

Description of Work: Our garage door failed. Called All Star, the owner made a 60 mile trip to take a look at the situation. He didn't try to pressure us to simply get a new door he explained our door just needed some replacement parts and it would be fine. On time for the work, did a great job. second time we have used them, each time it was a great experience.
