+ -1 moreIt was a very streamlined process. They built a high quality house at a very economical price, and it took less than 5 months from when the foundation was poured until completion. This was all during a very harsh winter. We were able to have our dream home built, since they offer a wide variety of great floor plans. The Adair team was very professional, honest, and conscientious. We are very happy with our wonderful new home.
