Answered my request for an estimate quickly, went through the whole problem with me, which was repairing two leaking gutters I had recently had replaced and told by the previous contractor it was an unsolvable problem leaving me with water in my basement after a heavy rain. ACR arrived on time and professionally worked on the job, wasted no time, left the area cleaned up. We have not had the very hard rain down pour since but he assured me if I had any problems with any of his work he would stand by repairing it. I was impressed with their hard work.

Came on time, repaired the missing shingles, and removed the moss from a section of the roof in a timely manner. Left the area clean and picked up all debris. Good job.

We were told there was a one year warranty on the roof repair. The roof leaked so we contacted them. We called twice and both times we were promised someone would come out. They never did. Use another company!

I was very impressed with Simon from ACR. He showed up when he said he would and gave me a quote on repairing my skylights. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to make the repairs that very same day.

we discussed why I needed the repair. Wind damage and leakage. He explained what him and his crew would do to repair the damage and to repair damage inside from the leakage of the metal roof. he was very reasonable with the quote, showed up on time with crew, went straight to work, didn't take a break, got the outside work completed, and returned the next day to repair inside where the leakage had damage to the ceiling . will hire ACR again if/ when needed.

Simon came on .time.Did the job and was done in a short time.It was a simple job that many contractors did not want to do but Simon did and we were able to install our toilet back on again after 3 weeks .However I am still waiting for his bid on our roof .Nothing yet.P/S He is very affordable. Contacted them and they were able to come the next morning and repair the roof damage we had as a result from another project that was done. The work was done quickly and very affordable.

Was in a world of hurt after our warm freeze/thaw February. Significant roof repair needed due to ice damage. After waiting over a month for the insurance company to get back with a disappointing “Not covered” and my wife spending another month speaking with 3 to 4 contractors - no progress. With “Fall” right around the corner, I was looking at water damage migrating to the kitchen area. Working 10 to 12 hours a day, I didn’t have time to put into the fix. With a quick online search of the highest rated roofing contractors in my area and use of “Home Advisor”, A.C.R. Construction was discovered. The onsite consultation occurred two days before originally planned and the job finished the day of my original appointment date for a quote – that is a hard act to follow (time is $). The job involved rebuilding and repairing portions of a 12 ft x 20 ft patio awning original to the home (build in the 60s). Mid job a quote for re-framing the whole awning (using only the existing wrought iron supports and main support beam) was discussed. The updated figure was more than reasonable, so much so I felt guilty. What I’m left with is not a repair but a complete awning update matching the original home design. After getting home from work my wife called and said it smelled good and looked brand new. As you guys know, if the wife is happy, life is good. She made me get out the ladder so she could look at the job from on top. Getting my wife on a ladder is like getting me to “Black-Friday” Christmas shopping – it doesn’t happen. She claimed she couldn’t even tell where the blending/transition to the existing roof occurred. This amazed her. So let’s see, a solid update that smells good, looks brand new, color coordinated and completed before expected. A good thing. While my neighbors are ripping their shoulders out shoveling snow off from ground level, I’ll be top side removing 1,500 lbs. of snow with my plastic shovel in 10 minutes. A.C.R. Construction has a solid understanding of low slope roof challenges and was a pleasure to work with. For the simple question of – would you use this contractor again? A calendar date was discussed for the whole roof – no intention of calling anyone else. Thanks again to A.C.R. Construction.

Arrived promptly. examined the area to be repaired, left to obtain required shingles (at no additional charge), returned when he said he would and completed repairs. Very satisfied with Simon's professional demeanor and repair.
