Simon did a great job, came out when promised and quickly took care of my bird problem in the stove vent. What I initially thought might be a big job was an easy task for Simon. He also adjusted my front door fixing a nagging problem with a draft/seal issue I've had for years. Thanks Simon - you were great!

Simen was great to work with and the only roofer after trying many, that would show up to do a very small job I needed done to satisfy our inspection report. His price was reasonable and he followed through on what he said he would to. A pleasure to do business with him.

Out of several contractors I called, this company, showed up on time as promised and did the work ahead of time and it looks good. We had a small problem during construction due to a workers error, but we worked it out and the job was completed as promised.

The steel roof on our 3600 sq ft shop was leaking in multiple places. Simen Topov of ACR showed up when he said he would, carefully assessed the whole roof, finished repairs quickly and stayed within his very reasonable estimate. When, after the next heavy rain, I discovered a couple more leaks that he had missed, he returned the next day to fix them at no additional cost. He even took photos of some of the more serious damage and showed me what he had done to repair it. I would definitely recommend Simen as a trade professional who is prompt, clean and personable.

My husband and I have not had very good experiences with hiring people to provide renovation for our older home. We had a leak in our roof around the skylights and decided to check out ACR Construction. Simen came out and did a thorough examination of the issues we were having. He then did an estimate of what he needed to do to fix the roof which seemed to be very reasonable. He followed that up with an estimate that pinpointed exactly what needed to be done so we hired him. We were very happy with the job he did for us. He told us that the original roofer did not do a very good job. He went way beyond what we expected. He replaced the plywood and the shingles around the skylights and it looks very nice. He was very professional and I liked his attention to detail. I will not hesitate to hire him for additional work around our home and my husband and I are grateful we have found someone that we know will do a great job for us in the future. Thank you.

I am very pleased with my new rooms! Simen was easy to work with, very conscientious and helpful. We have some very high ceilings with lots of angles and a couple of tight places to get to, not an easy paint job. Simen made sure the job was done right.

Very professional individuals who took their work seriously. Finished project is beautiful. Simen is helpful and highly professional. He advised us on the work being done and he completed the job on time. He painted the exterior of the house and stained garage doors and front door. He also replaced our shower in the main bath as well as painted the cabinets and applied new drawer pulls. The room looks amazing; a fabulous upgrade to our home.

Installed porcelain tile in shower, on walls, and floor. Simen was very helpful, urged us to make more sensible material purchases, picked up materials for our project, and was more than competitive with his pricing. Finished project is beautiful.

Simon was good to work with & the overall job was OK. The window trim work doesn't seem to be holding up very well---starting to peel.
