I needed my oil furnace to have its yearly service. I Looked around at many other furnace professionals and received quotes. Very few where lower and most were a lot higher in their bids. Came quickly, worked efficiently, and was the subject matter expert at the task. Talked me through what he was doing very clearly, so I knew what I was looking at. I would recommend Bill Thurman, of Thurman's heating if you need your furnace serviced anytime. Military friendly.

of the 2 businesses we called, he called back first, probably within 30 mins, quoted us a very good price and then kept to that price, fixed the problem within half an hour, modified a part he had on his truck so that it would work and saved us quite a bit of money also spoke honestly about his competition rather than slamming them. would highly recommend this commpany. did not make a mess and was very personable.

They were late but not a problem as he was very curtious and efficient.

Even though he was swamped w/business due to the cold weather he gave us a next day appointment which the other companies could not do. He fixed the furnace & showed us how to use our programable thermostat to get the best value for our heating needs. He even took the time to program it for the entire week while he was here. He insisted on removing his shoes in our home & was very pleasant. I have already referred him to our neighbors & will use him again.

These two wonderfull gentelmen scheduled us the same day we called with a broken furnace during a snow storm. They came to our home. and repaired it in about twenty minutes and because they were American Standard, they had the part we needed on thier truck. They were great !!! Friendly and Very kind they even included my ten yr old in the repair process. The price they quoted was dead on to the price we paid. Excellent Service and Quality I will recommend them to all my friends and family in a heartbeat. I can't say enough about thier wonderful service. Customer for life.
