The service call went very well. Joe explained to me in a professional manner things the contractor who installed everything originally didn't do properly. I was glad to find out for my own sake and it proved how easily I was taken advantage of being a woman living alone. It is so valuable to find someone trustworthy and honest these days and Joe fills the bill! I won't hesitate to call him back in the future.

His work is just outstanding but his reliability is quite unacceptable. He gives quotes. The quotes are reasonable. He doesn't have an hourly rate. He does really, really good work. We also had him put up the gutters but that's not working out very well. On the overall grade, it's actually a B-minus based only on reliability. Regarding his quality, the grade would be an A-plus. His quality of work is just outstanding. His pricing is fair and I have no complaints. On the last job, we had tried numerous times to reach him by phone and email asking for specific dates and it wasn't happening. I suspect it's because he has not yet gotten the materials needed for the last job and I'm not sure if it's simply because they're not available or if he just has not done it. It's an A-minus on punctuality because sometimes he shows up a little late but if he says he's going to be there on the date, he's there. On professionalism, his grade is an A-minus strictly because of other factors already quoted.
