Plumber showed up to give me an estimate two and a half weeks ago and never called me back to follow up. I have since completed the project using another plumber.

We contacted Good2GoPlumbing that night via message/website contact form. The next morning after 7am we hear back from the owner Chris saying he could have one of his team members come out between 8am-10am. We were ecstatic! He assigned Chase to the job and I received a call from Chase confirming his arrival time. Chase was so helpful, he broke down what the issue was and even informed us about our water heater needing to be replaced and why. He informed us about the great deal they were having on water heater replacements and the discount he could provide us if we did decide to proceed with it. The repair he did for the shower handle was so quick, literally 30 minutes. He was actually able to fix it w/out replacing the cartridge, which knocked about $100 of the original quote he stated. Good 2 Go Plumbing was very professional, down to Earth, great customer service, you really get that family owned feel. We will most definitely be calling Good2Go Plumbing again. I had a great experience with Good 2 Go. They did a great and thorough job. Were on time and stayed til it was done. When they needed to come back they gave us a run down of what was needed to finish, when they would be back, and about how much longer it would take them. When they were running late, they called and made sure we knew they were going to be a bit late. Would recommend them and def use them again on future projects.

Great! They were able to come out same day and fix my two hose bibs. One broke off in the wall the night before and we had to have the water shut off on the house until they fixed it. They responded quickly and helped immediately. We had them replace the one in the front yard too because it was leaking and we didn't want to have the same issue again in the future. I also had them look at our water heater that was rusty and leaking. They quoted a fair price on all three jobs, so I had them perform the work. The more jobs they perform in one trip, the overall price will go down. This is the second time I've used them and they do a great job.

I discovered the leak on a holiday week end. I looked on Angies list for recommended contractors. After putting in the problem information, within 30 seconds, I got a call back from Good-2-Go Plumbing. They were able to have a licensed plumber at my home the next day. They got there before the scheduled time and immediately went to work. Chase and Devonte were efficient, knowledgeable and hard workers. They had the problem fixed and water service restored in no time. I would definitely recommend this firm for plumbing needs.

Scheduling appointment was easy and a price was agreed upon. Phillip and Dan arrived on time and promptly went to work removing the old toilet (and taking it with them) and installing the new one they brought. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards It took approx 2 hrs for them complete.

Chase and Javonte were so great at their jobs. I didn't expect them to be so customer focused and not just job focused. They worked very hard and long so my water could be turned back on. And this during very hot weather. Very courteous and professional plus great cleanup and haul away service. I will always call Good To Go first, but I really am not expecting any plumbing issues for many, many years. Thank you for the peace of mind! Well done!

They found the issue. Old parts in bathroom installed, had to find original parts to fix the issue, and then they replaced one part not all the parts they brought with them.

I had been trying to get someone to come out for 3 days for a clogged toilet. Many calls, no response. Chase answered the phone right away and said he would come that evening. He drove to my location in rush hour traffic, on a Friday afternoon, taking almost 2 hours to get there. Once he got there he got right to work to fix the problem. I was having a party the next day and this was our guest bathroom, so I am forever grateful to Chase to taking on a last second call and driving in rush hour traffic to get here. They absolutely have my business in the future!

We found out that the pipe was leaking at about 5:30 PM on a Thursday night. The water to the house was shut off and we started our search for a plumber that could come out that night. The first call we made the plumber said that he couldn't come out tonight, but could first thing in the morning. We needed this fixed right away. Our second call was to Good 2 Go Plumbing. At first they said they couldn't come out tonight but would be there in the morning. OK thanks but no thanks. They called back and said they could be her in about 45 minutes. Great. They came out found the leak and replaced 1 foot of copper pipe. Before 8:30 that night the water was back on and we were good-to-go. The water pressure valve needed to be replaced as well. They did that the next morning.

GREAT! This issue has been a quandary for a couple of years. Three other groups have been in to diagnose the issue. Only Chase recognized the existence of a pressure regulating valve and immediately diagnosed the problem (the PRV is a very common simple device and in plain view). Repairs, to replace the PRV, were done quickly, neatly and at a more than fair price. Could not be happier. This is an older house all my plumbing work will go to Good 2 Go Plumbing from now on. Kudos to Chase and Phil for a job well done

Things got off to a bit of a bumpy start, but Chris stepped up and made things right. He was communicative and responded quickly. Would hire again.

Chase came out to do a bid for the job. I appreciated that he took video so I could understand the issue. Bid was more reasonable than others. Did not use them due to timing issue.

Repairs completed. Value of work was not equal to price. Price was not explained prior to work that it was a fix price not an estimate of maximum possible work. I thought work was being done on time and material not fixed price.

Chase and Javonte were very professional and quick. I had an idea of what was causing the issue and Chase promptly confirmed my suspicions and provided three quotes to repair and replace. Luckily he had the toilet we decided on in the van and they were done and cleaned up and out within an hour. I contacted the office/owner late yesterday afternoon after being notified by our water company of a possible leak based on our recent meter readings and they were able to take care of the issue within 24 hours. Awesome response and service!

They came right on time and said the leak was slow and may be coming from a toilet in the house. It was a slow leak. Since I have a home warranty, I asked them if there was a service or diagnostic fee. They said no. If any plumbing-related issues not covered by my warranty, I will call them. Honesty is so appreciated.

Honestly, needing help with plumbing is never fun, but it went very well after I called Good 2 Go Plumbing. The plumber Chris did an excellent job.
