Friendly, but definite price gouging was charged $522.00 for a half an hour's worth of work.

They showed up on time. We had water damage due to faulty hot water tank. First, they sold us a 50 gallon tank when we just wanted to replace our 40 gallon. But they insisted they had the 50 on the truck. They charged us over $3,000.00 and further checking by us found them to be overcharging. The last item was that they PROMISED us they would return to put the drip pan (under the tank), then informed us it would cost us an additioinal $1,000.00 for that. We have no drip pan. I would encourage anyone to seek more honest companies than this one;

Chase and his helper were awesome. They were right on time, provided a more than fair estimate and completed the job in 20 minutes. This is a reliable company from the start. They even sent an text in advance letting me know there time of arrival which was in the time frame of my appointment. Nice work!

Had a horrible experience with this company. I simply need help replacing a shower drain cover. I was told when I first contacted them that yes, this is something they help with but no, they will not give even a ballpark estimate over the phone, even for simple jobs. So I had to take off a day from work and wait around for them to come on site. Two guys showed up, wore their muddy sewage boots in my house and tracked mud up my stairs and all over the bathroom & bedroom. I had to ask if they could please take off their boots or put on boot covers. One of them replied 'oh, I don't like boot covers.' They said it would cost me $450 + tax to replace the drain cover. That was so shocking given the parts at Home Depot are like $19.00. I just can't snap the cover off myself, I tried. So I had to decline given I wasn't at all prepared for the outrageous charge. Then I spent the next 1.5 hours cleaning up the sewage they tracked through my house. What a waste of time. Terrible customer service.

No work was performed. I chose a different vendor.

It didn't. Estimate was astronomical for job and much higher than bids from other companies.

The two guys who came were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They confirmed my suspicion that there was no leak, but took the issue seriously and provided expert insight. The took their time investigating the issue, but nevertheless did not charge me for the visit, despite driving to Puyallup all the way from Yelm. I would consider them to be very honest and reliable.

He did all the things that needed to be done, was conscientious, friendly, and above all, professional. Taught me a few things too! Took shower after he left and everything works wonderful...back like new.

I was very pleased with the service we had. Chase and his assistant arrived at 8:30 AM on the same day I called, and were polite and professional. Chase quickly determined the cause of the problem and he and his assistant were done in a few hours. He recommended a remediation company as our next step.

They drilled a large hole in the downstairs bathroom even though they were working on the upstairs bathroom. They didn't measure properly so they left an 8 inch opening around the entire top of the tub. When I told them the job wasn't finished they said they didn't do 'drywall' which is not what was needed. So I have huge openings around the entire tub as well as both sides of the tub. I've called the company several times and they said they would get back to me but they didn't. The had one of the men who worked on the tub call but he wasn't very helpful or nice. I'm really stuck and i'm so upset that I can't sleep or eat. I don't know what to do. Outstanding! We are selling our house and the new owners inspector said there were two active leaks under the house. We called (we had used them before also) and Good 2 Go was out within 24 hours. They crawled under the house, inspected ALL the plumbing and stated there were NO leaks under the house - the crawlspace was bone dry. They also wrote a statement on company letterhead/estimate/project sheet stating that there were NO leaks, NO moisture at the sites the inspector had indicated. This document was submitted to the new owners and it was realized that the residue that the inspector had indicated was from an incident 2 years earlier where an additional wax seal was installed around the toilets due to the new tile on the floor that increased the floor depth. It was OLD residue. The new owners accepted the profession specific inspection and the matter was solved. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. These people are awesome! Thank you again!

Wonderful, this was an emergency and they were were promt and very professional, would call in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend!! Husband wasn't home on a fishing boat, but they took care of the issue. Price was very reasonable and very honest.

Recently purchased an older house with problems (primarily low hot water pressure) in the kitchen faucet, both bath faucets and the laundry. They were able to get everything working almost like new without having to break into walls or do extensive re-plumbing. I appreciate the care and skill they demonstrated in this project.

The 2 gentlemen who came out didn't know how to read the meter. Was told to get a hold of the city. They weren't very friendly to an 80 year old. Was told hot water tank needed to be replaced and to call a leak detection outfit to find the leak and they would come back out and fix it. Would not recommend them to family or friends.

Chase and his assistant Philip arrived on time for our set appointment. After assessing the damage of the pipe Chase provided a quote and I requested they complete the work. After the initial work was completed, they found a second leak and damaged pipe which necessitated additional work. This was completed in a timely manner and some useful information was provided on preventing further rodent damage

Guys came out same day(5pm), gave me a price and committed to have the water restored the next day with all new insulated line. The next evening I had my water restored with significantly better than original parts and the trench filled. Not long later I had concrete laid all was better than new. I'm extremely grateful for the work and diligence shown by this crew. They are at the top of my recommendation list.

Fantastic work, but feel like i over paid, but I just wanted the leak fixed and didn't want to get numerous bids. If I had time I would have gotten more quotes. Again the guys who came out were very professional and did nice work.

Project went very fast, they were very professional, and very informative. I would absolutely use them again. They came out for the estimate and we're $400 less than my other quote, and completed the work that same day. Love these guys!

Things went well, however it was pretty pricey. 3600$ for a new water heater and some new piping underneath. Greg and Steve were very nice and professional. Might look for a better price next time we need a plumber though.
