Garage Door Guy

Everything was installed and paid in full. two weeks later that garage door completely unwound all tension. Called with no response for multiple days/texts/ voicemails. Finally was able to get a tech back out to address. They "fixed" the problem and worked for one day. Now the owner, BOB, won't respond to texts, calls, or emails. Terrible company with terrible communication skills, would not recommend and will be reporting to BBB as well.

I was worried I needed the whole garage door replaced. These gentlemen quickly assessed the door and made some adjustments to the various mechanisms, sprayed lubricant on all the moving parts and I had a working door! They even replaced my two remotes with new ones at a fair price. This was a fantastic experience. Strongly recommend.

It went well. They came out that day and replaced the spring. Very professional. We will hire them again, if needed.

These guys were great! I got a call back the same day I called them. They were out within two days, identified and fixed the problem which was a spring repair and even checked all of the nuts and bolts on the door. The door has a small crack in the wood at the top and they said they could easily repair that as opposed to having to replace three garage doors! They were wonderful and I highly recommend them...and yes will continue to use them for my garage door repairs or if I need to replace them down the road.

Bob and his team were great! Although he handled things a little more old school, he was genuine and did a great job. They ran a little late due to the arrival of the door, though I did not count this against them. They were very professional, took all the old door pieces, got the new door up, hooked up the garage door opener, made sure everything was just perfect. I could not have asked for a better job with a quality door. Hands down, their customer service, service, and price compared to many others in the area (who would be providing the same exact door), this was the best deal. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a new garage door.

Bob was amazing! He was on time and took one look at our problem and knew exactly what needed done! He was friendly and quick! Was in and out with no fuss! My renters were happy to have their door working again! I will be calling Bob to work on my other personal home as well. Great job!

This was for our rental house. Bob came out the same day that I called. He not only replaced the gear, he adjusted the tension in the chain.

.He Came to my home on time and installed new spring for my garage door and new track with new motor. It works great now. Plus it is very quiet!!!

It went great, Bob came in and removed my old door, stacked it where i asked him to so I could scrap, replaced it with a Therma Classic RX04S 7 high, then also installed a liftmaster jackshaft opener for me also.
