Pressure washing appointment was set up for may 23 at Saturday. The shutters Were supposed to be removed at that point since we were going to Have thenm replace them. I was not home when they did the work. Shutters didn't get removed. All my window screens were damaged by the pressure washer The drug the water hose through all my flower beds breaking plants and knocked over things The mess left in the driveway the sand from the roof was a mess And should have been cleaned up. The screens should have also been delt with in a timely manner It was not a priority. Almost a month later is when it was finally delt with They did repair the screens but used cut off the tabs to pull them into place The painting went well and the painters were quick and cleaned up after themselves well I ended up removing and replacing the shutters ourselves due to the fact I was tired of waiting on them When those were removed there were so many bee hives that could have been cleaned if they would have Done what was already arranged . I used them in the past for roof repair and they did a great job A reasonable price as well. I preferred to use a local small business To support our community But just disappointed by the lack of care this time

I can say they were the cheapest bid and I'm gonna go with them. Everybody else with the same type of roof is charging me $2,000.00 more. He's very professional.

Dan came and inspected our roof before providing an estimate. He was professional and friendly. He answered our questions, including several that had nothing to do with the job at hand. :) We selected D&B after receiving estimates from 3 different companies. I believe either of the other 2 companies would have been excellent choices also, but choose D&B based on both their price, and inspection of our roof. They were prompt on the day of the job, spending most of the day here and did a good job cleaning up. We are quite happy with the result.

Contractor was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. They discussed repair options, schedule and price before performing work. Dan & Brandy made an extra effort to match the shingles on my old roof.

They were outstanding. They have a special low compressor and it does not tear off much of the asphalt on the roof. They were very tidy and neat. They explained everything really well. They got the job done in one day. They do the maintenance for the roof each year and we are going to ask them about doing some exterior painting. He was very thorough and explained how their system worked.

In addition to just cleaning out the gutters as asked, the also trimmed back some branches that were starting to encroach on gutters without being asked! No extra charge. Repaired gutter and replaced a downspout and cost for additional work was less than I expected. Would hire again in a second.

They pressure washed our roof and gutters and applied a liquid moss treatment. Getting them scheduled to come out after a quote took about a week (to get an email response), but other than that, they were friendly, professional, and actually ended up coming out four days sooner than originally scheduled because they had an opening. We're so happy to have a nice, clean roof again.

Did not come on the day scheduled. My husband rescheduled and she was an hour late (although she did call to let us know). Did not get the official estimate emailed until 3 or 4 days later. Did not select her as her responsiveness was subpar. Wasn't sure what would happen if we were to give her the assignment and we were under a time crunch as we want to put the house on the market as quickly as possible.

They power washed our roof and house in one long day. When they finished the roof looked new and you couldn't tell they had even been there. Their clean up was top notch. Before the painting started they discussed our options on paint color and finish.When the weather permitted they returned and preped and painted the exterior. Their crew did a great job and were very profesional. I have recommened them to my freinds and family. When we have another painting project I will be calling them again.

My 15 year old shake roof was looking grey and in need of some serious attention. It also had a leak right above the master bedroom. We got 3 bids for roof repair and treatment. D&B's proposal actually surprised me at how professionally written and detailed it was, compared to the other bids. The guys from D&B were professional, courteous, and considerate of the plants around our house, and they did the work in a timely manner. The result was (and still is, 5 years later), the best looking shake roof in the neighborhood, and I note that several other neighbors have had their shake roofs treated and stained after our roof was done by other roofers, and those roofs are now looking grey and shabby like ours did 5 years ago before we had the guys at D&B do our roof repairs. Our roof still looks great, with no leaks, and it's now a 21 year old shake roof.

They were on time made sure that I was informed of what they were going to do and how long it would take. They did a great job and cleaned up well after the work was done. I would for sure use them again.

I called D & B Roof & Home Services and he returned my call. He came and look at the house, I wasn't home at that time so I didn't really talk to him but then he left me an estimate under the doormat and then I called him back after I got home. I was really pleased with him. He looked at everything and explained everything really well. I think he's a little higher in price. He was very professional, took his time and gave a very in-depth estimate to us. The only thing is that I left a message and nobody called me back and I called them again bad left a message and then they called me back so it me 2 days to hear back from them, that was the only negative one. I was very pleased with them. I had a real good experience. He seemed to be experienced and knowledgeable.

It went just fine. They did a very good job and we were very happy with them. They arrived on time, they cleaned up and they did a good.

They were fine. I had no problems; they cleaned up afterwards, showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. I was very satisfied; I would not have used them for the second time if I was not. I had several bids and they were not the lowest but they were on the ballpark. I had no problem with the quality, the roof is still there. They had all the tools and it seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would use them again.

We did not use this company. They appeared to be professional and responsive however when they verbally quoted us (assuming we were just investors - they did not know we had just moved out of the house that we built 5 months prior) for a new roof; we just put a new roof on the house in August 2012. We needed small repairs done (ridge vent issue); because we were so far away they tried to persuade us to pay $12K for a new roof, once we explained that we recently moved out of the house and knew the ins and outs of the place their tune changed. All of the sudden we received a red neck quote; they literally used "getter done" in the written quote, we were appalled and decided we would fly back to WA and fix the issue ourselves. It cost us with airfare/car rental $525; $125 cheaper than their repair quote. This company clearly was looking to take advantage of owners who lived out of state. It is sad and an experience that has enlightened us.

Our roof really was in need of cleaning, lots of moss, they spent an entire day. Did a total cleanup of yard, garden beds and walk ways. Provided a written recommendation of suggested maintenance. Our roof looks new! Will continue to use their excellent services.

Their pricing was reasonable and we were happy with their service. We had a little problem with the leak after their service, and they came right out to fix the problem.

They were very professional. They came up with an exterior paint fit immediately. They did everything they said they would and were really timely. They did a really good job. I would highly recommend them.
