Had a front yard sprinkler system installed by CLC. Jeff not only came out and gave me a fair and honest estimate of the cost of the project. He also took the time to educate me on how the project should be completed to be up to code. This knowledge allowed me to better assess the other bids I was given and see how they were planning to cut corners, while charging a similar price. I highly recommend CLC. Jeff really went above and beyond with the knowledge he provided during the estimate with no pressure to sign on the dotted line and go with them. They allowed me to receive multiple bids knowing that their experience, customer service, and price spoke for themselves.

Jeff and his son Aaron installed a high quality sprinkler system using Rain Bird products which have been around for fifty years or more. They hand dug all the way to minimize the impact to our yard and plants. See the attached picture of the tie into the water line where they used two brass valves with a brass anti back flow valve in between. They also designed the system so that it can be drained for the winter minimizing the operating cost.

I have used Jacobson Landscaping for 20+ years. They installed our sprinklers and backyard patio pavers. They did both projects in a timely manner and cost effective. We have used Jacobson Landscape for yard maintenance for years as well. They do a fantastic job for this service as well. I give them my highest recommendation for your yard needs!

Jeff was great to work with! Our neighbor highly recommended him after he installed their sprinklers and we chose him because of his decades years of experience. He helped us stay within budget and was so patient with us. Jeff took the time to listen to our needs and vision for landscaping and even met up with us at the nursery to pick out our plants. We hired him for multiple projects because we were so pleased with the amazing work he did with our front and backyard. Loved his design ideas and we were able to put our own personal touch on it. Called for an estimate on completely remodeling my back yard, including tearing up old lawn, leveling, and laying down new sod. Also we wanted to get a hedge put in and a patio laid. They came out a couple days after I called to give an estimate and it would take about a week. Two weeks later I emailed them and a couple days later they got back to me and said they'd been busy and would get me an estimate ASAP. Still no estimate and it has been over a month.

We couldn't be more pleased with the result, from our first meeting and through the actual installation!

Jeff at CLC kept us informed of his schedule of what would be accomplished each day and they stuck to what they told us all along the way. They were good about cleaning up at the end of the day as the project progressed. When it came to setting the steps, he laid out the forms and made sure of what we wanted before permenantly installing them. When they encountered an unexpected pipe, he was able to get that taken care of without a worry.

Spent a great amount of time answering all my questions and explaining why he would tackle a couple of the tasks one way instead of another. Upon leaving each evening the crew cleaned up the work area so thoroughly that, had I not been there in the morning when they arrived, I couldn’t tell that anyone had been on site until I opened the backyard gate to see the progress that had been made. For the first month after completion I would catch myself gazing out my back windows at my yard I was so happy to see what I planned on paper come to life. For the first time since living here I did not have a flooded backyard and pathway this winter and because of this I haven’t had to spend time fighting the moss that would grow on my walkway and into my garden beds. The lawn is so healthy I have not had to spend any time trying to fight crabgrass and weeds.

They did everything really well. We were very happy with the results and the guys that did the work. It didn't go as fast as we had hoped it would, but we did have some weather issues. It wasn't really anyone's fault. We think the price was a little high, but overall are very pleased.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job and I can highly recommend him. We needed a lot of work done and had some idea on what we wanted but needed guidance. Jeff provided sound advice and consulted on how best to spend our budget. He was on site daily and took special care to get a feel of what we wanted. He spent a day with us at the nursery helping decide on plants and advising us to think for the long term. To say we are unbelievably happy would be an understatement. Each night, we get home from work and marvel at how great our landscaping looks. Compliments from neighbors have been frequent. We enjoyed working with Jeff and his son who is also involved in the operation. We would use Custom Landscape again in a heartbeat.

Well. The job was done well, except the installers forgot to install lawn in two corners of our yard. Called them, and they came to fix the problem promptly.

They were really good. They showed up on time to do the work and they got the job done. They were professional with how they handled the job and did a nice job.

We were very happy with the experience of working with Jeff and with the work done. Jeff came to my home to view the existing yard and talk about what we wanted to do. He offered advice and helped us make some decisions about what to do. By that evening, he had provided a written estimate that detailed all the work involved. We talked to 2 other companies but Jeff's bid was the lowest by a lot in one in case and just by a little in the other. We chose Jeff in the end not just because of the low bid but because he had demonstrated that he is very responsive to questions and concerns, was going to be on site himself, and was able to start work sooner and take less time. We also liked that he guarantees his hardscaping for 5 years. Jeff started and completed the work exactly on schedule. He kept us apprised of the work as it went. After the lawn was installed, he gave us detailed written instructions on how to care for it. We love our new patio and lawn and have been enjoying it immensely.

I called and got a return call and visit the same day. Jeff, the owner, came out and inspected my sprinkler system. He re-set the computerized control panel, checked the back flow and wiring, and checked the spray nozzles. Nothing was broken, but he informed me that my system had some design flaws, such as mixing different types of sprayer heads. He was very helpful and didn't charge me anything.

I have already entered into a 12 month contract for full service yard maintenance! The owner of the business is Jeff Jacobson.

Arrived when they said they would arrive, called if they had to reschedule. Finished the job when they said they would finish. Overall it was a pleasure to work with this company. Cleanup after was excellent, you wouldn't even know they had been to the property and dug up the yard to put in an irrigation system.

Jeff Jacobson and his crew spent several weeks installing our sprinkler system and landscaping. It took longer that the original estimated time due to an extremely rainy few weeks. They also had to dig into our very hard ground. We were very satisfied with the communication from Jeff and his workers. We are happy with the job that they did. We had a couple of sprinkler heads that were not doing what they were supposed to be doing. When I called Jeff, he had someone out within a day to work on them and get them right. We hired Jeff a few weeks later to plant a few more trees in our back yard as well.
