Awesome from start to finish

Curtis arrived on time. He is very careful about the floors when he comes in. He protected all the surfaces around the work area. Very pleasant person and very professional. He went right to work on the jobs at hand. I felt sorry for him though, I got to talking and followed him around the house. He was able to talk, work and get everything done in a short time. Amazing in this day and age! He gave good advice as he went along. It was a great experience and I know we will call on Curtis in the future.

I contacted CST Electrical to find out why my microwave had started cutting off unexpectedly in the middle of operating. 20-30 minutes later power would return and the microwave would be fine. Curtis discovered that my microwave was powered by the same circuit that powers some of my lights, a TV, etc. He explained that I need a dedicated circuit for the microwave(mine draws between 1100-1700 watts on an 1800 watt 15 Amp circuit). Future work to be discussed with my accountant!!

Curtis was punctual & great to deal with. Although the actual cost of the job came in above the over-the-phone estimate, the extra cost was justified. I will definately hire them again should the need for electrical work arise.

Curtis was extremely pleasant, prompt and knowledgeable. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure that I scheduled the next appointment for our safety's sake. I am a bit of a procrastinator and needed that polite prompt to get things done. I would highly recommend him for any job. He seemed very knowledgeable about the codes and had clearly done a wide variety of both commercial and residential work.

Curtis arrived on time & got to work. He found that a lead from the 240V supply to the panel had burned to the core... No wonder we were having problems! After replacing the wire, he checked outlets that we had been having trouble with, & found them all to be performing as they should be. Curtis even dropped by a few days later to see if things were still working properly. He actually came to the house again! We wish that we had found CST Electric sooner.

Curtis was very helpful in reviewing ideas for our projects and making suggestions for things we didn't think about. He submitted our estimate promptly, but due to some internal error did not receive our request for his services and we had to call again to get things scheduled. This happened again when I sent in our signed work order-they didn't think they got it. However, it was resolved and they are aware of the problem and look to fix it for the future. The work took more time and money than we thought because of some electrical problems our old house has, and we were grateful to be notified of the issues, which we plan to resolve in the future with CST. The lights all work, look great, and we are confident that the system is as safe as it can be, and we look to work with CST in the future.

Showed up right on time! Traced the short from the kitchen outlet to its source in a second breaker box outside the house, but had to go under the house to make sure he had the right wire. Very careful of my home and all the areas he worked in, I really appreciated that.

I signed onto Angie's list, Found his name with a favorable rating, Made the call, he was here at 0900 as promised, did the work and finished up. Very neat, excellent electrician. Would not hesitate to use again.

Curtis was on time for all appointments. He kept us fully informed and had excellent suggestions to solve the problems identified. The new lights in the shop are fantastic. We will by using CST again.

CST Electric was great! From the time Curtis came out to do an estimate, he was always on-time and professional. His quote was about 1/2 the price of the other quote I had received. He is very knowledgeable and never tried to sell me on additional, unnecessary work. He worked quickly, was more than happy to explain things to me, and did a great job! Followed-up really well to coordinate the inspection...I am extremely happy with my experience with him.
