+ -1 moreHe came and looked at my house, this was on a Thursday and he said he would have a report for me by Monday. I called him and he said that he was too busy and would not be able to help me, which did not please me. He recommended Carol S. who is with Crescent Realty. She came out and my home is a manufactured home, but it is on a lot that I purchased myself. She said that it was going to be hard to determine the value of home, because it is not in a park. She said that she would value it at about $165,000. I told her that I had done the math and told her that I could not afford to sell it at $165,000. Because I need $20,000 after I pay off the mortgage and closing costs. She said that I would be fine if I sold it at $165,000. The reality is; I would not have been fine. I did not hire her for that reason. They both responded quickly. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: Crescent Realty Incorporated sent two agents to come look at my house, but I did not hire them. I wanted a market analysis.
