+ -1 moreFor routine maintenance, Thurman's would be our preferred contractor. This, however, was an emergency (no heat due gas boiler not lighting). I left a message around 7am. They called back a little before 11:30am, but were too swamped to help us, and a little relieved we found someone else.

Description of Work: Annual service of air conditioning unit and service on non functioning furnace. It was found that a part had failed. He ordered the part and came back to install it. All work was satisfactory, prompt, and we have had no more problems. I will call them again in the fall for annual service.

+ 0 moreBill is very pleasant and responsive. He has had very flexible hours, which has been very convenient for me. He has been professional and the work has been good. His charges always seemed very reasonable.
Description of Work: Bill has provided my furnace care for the past couple of years. He has provided regular maintenance, but also addressed repairs, including replacing the thermostat, and fixing the sensor on the furnace when it wasn't lighting properly.

Description of Work: Thurman's installed a new furnace at a rental property for me a couple of years ago. I was very satisfied and felt that he did an excellent job. I contacted Thurman's recently for advice on another rental in Nov. 2014 and found him to be very knowledgeable. I have worked in property management for over 20 years and know how difficult it is to find an honest, reliable contractor that will get the job done right, especially one who specializes in Heating and A/C. As such, I would highly recommend Thurman's Heating and Air.

+ -1 moreThurman's was recommended to me by a friend and glad that they were. They were very professional, on time and some of the nicest people I have dealt with in the service industry. I found them to be knowledgeable, very willing to answer all of my questions and very reasonably priced. You always read the horror stories of companies trying sell you parts or services you don't need, definitely not the case here. I would highly recommend Thurman's to anyone looking for good, honest and dependable service.
