Received prompt service. They were able to assess the problem and offer a written estimate. The exterminator was on time, polite and very thorough. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to others.

That worked out fine. I gave his name to somebody else, and they were pleased with them too, and said they did an excellent job. So that was good. I thought the price was appropriate. I didn't really have anything to compare it to.I haven't had the problem since then. I am thinking I am good for a while. It went smooth.

They did a good job. They were efficient, responsive to my request.

I'm not displeased at all with them. One person came out both times. The first was the owner, the second was an employee. Both times they were here for about an hour. It wasn't invasive at all. The communication was good and they billed me each time. I chose not to use them again simply because I didn't want another spray done and the bugs that were the problem were gone and haven't returned.

We had a wasp and hornet problem so we asked for a general quote and they said it could cost up to $400. We took care of the hives ourselves and cancelled the appointment but the representative kept insisting they come out to do a cost estimate for future reference, for free. Because they kept insisting, I said okay to the quote and they were supposed to call back with a cost. They never contacted us about this but sent a bill via email for yellow-jacket treatment five days later. We were at the property the day of the supposed treatment and the method we used the day before had worked; only one hive remnant was still up on our eaves, which we sprayed ourselves. We NEVER gave any authorization for treatment and we also found that one hive on the evening the company supposedly came out and treated our house (why wasn't that gone then?). We called to clear up this issue and the company's representative, a different person from whom we first spoke to, insists they treated our house WITH our permission. My father-in-law overheard the whole conversation when I was at the property; he and I solved the issue ourselves after we hired someone else, and he is a witness to how we only authorized a free cost estimate for future reference, which they were supposed to call and let us know about. The invoice also said there was treatment for yellow-jackets; our problem was bald-faced wasps (which we took care of). The representative was also very rude and when we asked to speak to the person we originally conversed with or the owners, she said we may get a call back "if she has time". Bottom line is, this company will say they will do a cost estimate but charge for you for services you NEVER asked for (we never heard from them about the cost estimate nor did we sign any contract or give verbal consent), and for a problem already solved. This is fraud and we intend to report them to the state attorney general and the Better Business Bureau. Not only do they not want to take responsibility for what was obviously a fault of miscommunication within their company but they want to charge clients for work not done, without permission. Their customer service is also terrible.

They were prompt to answer the phone and make an appointment. The technitian was on time, courteous and professional. After listening to our concerns, he offered to tell us what to buy if we wanted to spray ourselves. We agreed that we wanted him to apply the necessary treatment. He applied only what we needed and did not try to up-sale. We will use this company again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Our technician was Elliot. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided us with DIY options and estimates for the services that they could provide. Between dealing with him during the inspection and phone conversations with the office we have been very satisfied. We have not had the service completed as of yet (we have not scheduled it) but will be doing so in the near future.

Wonderful..... they were able to identify the spiders, treat our house and yard with a pet friendly and human friendly treatment, and fix our problem right away! I was referred to them by a friend and would absolutely use them again :)

They come quarterly to keep insects away from the fruit trees. They did their job. I would use them again in the future.

They have been real friendly and awesome. The spray to make sure there are no wasp nests. We have not had any problem. We used to have little spiders in our home which are gone now because of the spray. Every guy that has always come by had been very friendly. Even when I am not there at home they use the side gate and spray and go. They send me a postcard when their appointment is due. They do the regular maintenance and I don’t have to call them. I have been suing them for nine years and I have never had any complaints. They send me a bill in the mail later and give me a month to pay it.
