+ -1 moreWorse experience of my life. Completely botched the permitting, taking 18 months to get the permit. Stretched construction out over 6 months. Didn't finish the job. Took my money and ran. Didn't pay the suppliers, leaving me with multiple leins. Unethical, unscupulous crooks.
Description of Work: Contracted to build a 48x60 pole barn.

+ -1 morePole building design agreed to, contract signed to build structure and submitted to county building dept for permit. 10 percent down payment per contract was paid to Advanced Custom Structures ( $1135.38 ). After waiting for 3months for construction to begin, builder informed me he was unable to honor the contract as Advanced Custom Structures was going out of business. None of the county building dept fees had been paid for the permit. No was no refund of the down payment.
Description of Work: Pole building design agreed to, contract signed to build structure and submitted to county building dept for permit.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish went very well, they quickly gave us estimates for both jobs went over in detail what work was going to be performed and how long it would take and answered all questions I had along the way. The workers were quick, friendly the only Con was the cleanup after the work was performed was average but the price and quality made up for that and was easy to overlook.
Description of Work: Built 36x48 Shop and replaced our roof on our home with Metal Roof.
