The Bath tub's over flow drain wasn't set back in properly, which caused a leak onto the drywall ceiling down stairs. We coordinated for him to resolve this repair and he never acted upon it, leaving us with a damaged ceiling. Additionally his team could never set the shower door back on so it could close properly as well as he damaged the hardwood stairs.
Description of Work: We hired Art Chavez to remodel our Master Bathroom.

he did a great job on installation and informed us on what preparation and what other costs would be involved prior to installation. we had a problem with the generator later and he repaired it quickly. He was courteous, punctual and professional. I would use him again./

Description of Work: A/C Power Generation LLC installed a Kohler, standby stationary generator with associated gas pipes and installed a new circuit panel. They were great to work with; they finished work yesterday; very courteous; appears to be good workmanship; tested the system which worked within 10 seconds "as advertised". We need a very reliable system for medical reasons during a power outage. We're happy and we no longer have to mess with or worry about a portable generator and its associated concerns!
