Description of Work: Tavo is the consummate professional and clearly knowledgable about HVAV systems. He was highly recommended by a friend. We didn't choose his proposal because of cost and because we didn't think that financing was available. We later learned that financing is available and would have chosen his proposal had we known because of the confidence in him we had and because we know that he would be leading the installation.

Description of Work: I needed to replace an old furnace and water heater and relocate them from the middle of my basement to an exterior wall. I wanted a tankless water heater and an energy-efficient furnace. There was also a lot of exposed duct work hanging below the ceiling level that I wanted cleaned up. Other companies that bid the job wanted to place the tankless heater outside for ease of install and to save costs. This is not what I wanted and Jeremiah did not try to talk me out of it. He suggested a horizontal installation of the furnace in a storage are created tons of room in my already cramped basement. He suggested running new ducts to previously unheated areas and rooms (including the bathroom; the wife is happy now). Through the bidding process I was confident that he could do the work, with other company's bids, I had the idea they really did not listen to my plan, but wanted to take the cheap or easy route, or were not capable. After meeting Jeremiah, I knew I would hire them.

Description of Work: Jeremiah and his crew removed my old furnace and water heater. This was no easy replacement as I required both units to be relocated from the center of my basement to the the exterior wall. I replaced the old water heater with a tankless water heater (awesome!) and got a highly efficient furnace. There was a lot of old duct work hanging below the ceiling that I wanted gone and new duct work installed in the exposed joists, so there was tons of new ducting for this job. He also included in his bid placing 5 new registers to spaces and rooms that had no heat before (even the bathroom - boy is my wife happy now). All the old exposed duct work is gone (more head-room) and new duct work is hidden in between the joists, the installation of the tankless water heater and furnace both look like a works of art, the new duct work/exhaust/intake is beautiful (all my home owner friends are so impressed). The 2-day installation went very smooth, the work area was left clean & pristine.
