I hired 365 Roofing to bring a total disaster of a house back to livability. They did a spectacular job for me, the deck and interior work is great and it was done faster than I could have ever hoped. It turned out so good I may decide to keep it now.

Steve and his crew were very conscientious and did an excellent job despite less than ideal weather conditions. Steve communicated clearly his assessment of our needs, and he was responsive to all our concerns. And although he had to replace many more of our plywood boards than he had anticipated, he didn't try to bump up his price. The workers cleaned up well and left our property in good shape. Overall, my wife and I were very happy customers.

They came with in 2 hours on new years day. To give an estimate. Returned the next day and fixed my roof in 3 hours. Wow.

I got a call soon after submitting my repair project on HomeAdvisor and was able to schedule an estimate visit for the following morning. After agreeing on a price during the visit, the repair was scheduled for the following day and completed efficiently and on time. Mr. Adams was very responsive to all communications for the duration of the job. On job day, the crew noticed some additional minor roof damage and performed a small repair for it at no additional charge. Mr. Adams was very reasonable about payment, accepting a check for part of it upon completion with an agreement to pay the rest within a month.

And the porch/deck is greater than I expected it to be. The price was low, the materials the best, and anyone reading this would be wise to hire Steve. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I have a 14x24 foot ground level deck that 3 years ago I hired another contractor to do some structural repairs to. The deck has settled, pulling away from the house, and was sloping in several areas. When I called for help I got no reply. Called Steve and he came out the same day and gave me a plan, schedule, and acceptable price. His team came out the next day and completed the job. Replacing supports, posts, and concrete piers.A few days later I noticed a few cosmetic issues I wanted fixed. They came out the next day and completed the tasks. I am selling my house in the near future and am confident the deck will pass inspection. If there are issues Steve will come back and address what might need to be done. I particularly appreciated his quick response. Schedule and quality of work are much appreciated. I would definitely recommend 365 Roofing to friends and family.

June 2019 - Steve and his crew did a fantastic job with our roof cleaning and power washing our siding. He even threw in some bonus work I was not expecting. I will hire the again when needed!

Steve and his workers did an excellent job replacing the rotted boards on our deck and staining to match the color of the deck.

Steve and 365 Roofing's team were skilled and quickly handled the work needed at our home (deck replacement/repairs and painting). I needed the work done quickly and they came the next day, worked diligently throughout the day into the early evening and returned early the next morning and got the work done. It turned out fantastic! It is so difficult in this day to know who to trust and I was glad to have found them. It is highly likely they will be helping us replace our old roof next year among a couple of other smaller home maintenance projects through out the rest of this year.

Charges well above average and uses cheapest materials he can get by with. I wanted, and got, a deckreplaced. He used untreated fir, tho he did apply a sealer. He did not replace the railing, tho he did reinforce it with screws. He did not replace the skirt. He did reinforce it, barely, and he did put boards at the end to close a gap at the bottom. He left that board untreated. He threw in a minor roof cleaning and treatment for moss to make it seem like a good deal. Took maybe an hour. Sold me on a gutter replacement and used plastic gutters and one down spout. The deck was $12K and then gutter was $2.4K. At the beginning he mentioned a Senior discount. No mention anywhere in paper work, so I figure that was so much smoke. I take the blame for doing research after the job instead of before.
