I had a leaking roof on a Friday night! Steve responded early Saturday morning and his team came and covered the leaking area. On Sunday they cleaned most of the roof and my garage roof, cleaned the gutters and put anti-moss powder down. Steve had to order matching shingles so they didn't finish until Monday. Hardworking, really pleasant to deal with. Hector is great!

One employee saw a leaking pipe on the main roof . Steve replaced it and sealed another pipe that showed a deteriorating seam. The crew kept everything clean and helped lifting heavy items back into the storage and laundry room. They even cleaned out the stuffed up drainage pipe. Thank you 365 Roofing/ Steve

Steve came to our home to provide us with an estimate for the repairs; his price was very reasonable, within our budget and the repair scheduled for the next day. Our rental home had a leak the first day of the rainy season. It is unsettling experience when the first 4 roofers we called, either did not do repairs, or could not come out for 5 days or more. Then I called 365 roofing at 6 pm. Steve answered and came out to at 10 am the next morning. Quickly inspected and gave us a few repair options and a cost on the spot. His crew was out on the next dry day, and did work efficiently, cleaned up, and honored their quote despite a greater scope of work than anticipated. Very pleased, highly recommended

Best customer service I have ever had. Steve answered my call on 2nd ring, I think. He had come previously and given me an estimate so knew what I needed. His crew was out 4 hours later and had the job completed in about an hour. Completed job looked great! I'm so pleased.

Steve called me within 15 minutes of posting my job on HomeAdvisor. Then he was out to the house 45 minutes after that assessing the issue. He found the leak was from bad seal and lack of flashing on the upper story deck. Though the price was on the upper end, his crew was quick and craftsmanship was top notch. I'd hire him again.

Steve is a straight shooter, no nonsense, took care of business. There were several issues which were uncovered during the project which he and his team just addressed with no haggling and renegotiation. They work fast, and do high quality work. I will be using them again for sure.

My house is 100 years old and needed some urgent repairs and gutter replacement. I'm a new homeowner with a very minimal grasp on home maintenance. In other words, the classic target for unscrupulous contractors and handymen. Steve really took the time to walk around my house with me explaining all the issues and options. Steve and his crew did a great job. He answered all of my questions, and took before and after pictures. They even cleaned the roof of my shed without my asking and my gutters too. And cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I would recommend this professional, friendly and efficient crew to anyone.
