Installers had dirty hands when installing Thermostat which included grease and silicon which got transferred to the thermostat and surround white encasement. It could have been done more professionally. I chalked it up to a couple of younger guys that were not paying attention to details."

"In 2020 Eco Electric installed a Whole House Fan in our home. It has worked well for us and helps cool our home in the summer. Recently it stopped working. "He snaked out the outgoing line, warning me in advance it might not work because it's an old thing called a "johnson t" which is used for draining instead of it going through the disposal. Perhaps most importantly, he pointed out that the cap on the cleanout he put the snake down didn't have any holes in it. That cap is what's suppose to allow the pressure to be relieved if the line is clogged so you don't get water all over the kitchen. But it had no holes in it, so the pressure couldn't relieve itself. The dishwasher now drains correctly. Maybe because of the snaking, but I think because he thought to drill a few holes so the air pressure couldn't build up and ****** drainage."

"I requested an HVAC service call quote from G&S Heating through Angi, and received a "deal" via Angi for $129. I chose them partly due to that price. G&S Heating ended up billing me $280, and said that was an old outdated deal and would not honor it. Irresponsible and incredibly poor customer relations. Also, the technician they sent did not seem very knowledgeable or experienced. He said the thermostat reading issue I was having would require another service call and the possible replacement of an expensive circuit board. I ended up fixing the problem myself. I will not be using G&S Heating again."
