I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised how thorough this inspection was inside and out. After his inspection, he walked through any issues he found and the next day sent his complete findings (satisfactory or not) with photos and explanations. Michael Wright was professional and kind. The report was detailed and sited all areas of concern, for now and also what to keep an eye on for years to come. He included pictures of all issues and advice for what type of contractor to call and what repairs should be made.
