TGC, Inc.

This was a disappointing experience. I hired TGC to repair a leak from where a balcony attaches to the house. We discussed replacing flashing and removing the exterior door to seal under the door, but instead he just caulked around the base of the door saying the other repairs were unnecessary. I said this was a temporary fix at best, but he disagreed and said it would be fine. He also replaced window casings, trim, and I hired someone else to do the sheet rock work. I was reluctant to do this finish work because if the leak wasn't fixed it would ruin everything that was done, but he guaranteed that the leak was fixed. The leak has returned now in the same place and I'm looking for someone to fix everything properly as it should have been done in the first place. Most of what was done outside by TGC will have to be done over and if the inside work gets water damaged, it will have to be replaced too. It's costing me a lot of money and aggravation. I'm giving two stars because I was satisfied with the trim work he did but not the leak that was the main objective.

It was a pleasant workable experience my wife and I got the quality craftsmanship that we wanted. TGC, Inc. showed up everyday and made sure the job was completed satisfactorily.
