Tech Mob Computer Repair

John ordered various parts for my new computer and had the new unit assembled and ready for pick-up in less than a week....I have already recorded 8 or 9 new songs without any glitches at all. No more problems with the H/W buffer, and no more problems with recording latency. I couldn't be more happy with Jon's work, his quick service and his great attitude...(His Dad is also a very easy guy to work with) He made everything so easy for me, and obviously knew exactly what I needed to create the high quality recordings I require, along with mixing and mastering standards. I would recommend Tech Mob to anyone, and particularly to any recording musicians that need a techie who knows what is required to produce a high quality CD master.......Thanks again Jon................. P.S. my actual cost was about $30 less than the original quote!!!

They did my service for free. I thought my computer went down because I’ve been moving, but really I just didn’t have something plugged in correctly. I hooked up what was not plugged and that was it. The computer worked fine once I got it all hooked up. They were very professional.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. WHILE TLC IS A SMALL BUSINESS, THEY HAD EVERYTHING ON HAND TO DO THE WORK REQUIRED. ALL THE COMPONENTS WERE EITHER IN STOCK OR AVAILABLE WITHIN A DAY OR TWO. ERIC IS A VERY PERSONABLE BUSINESS OWNER. PERHAPS THE BEST MEASURE OF A BUSINESS IS WHAT IS DONE AFTER SOMETHING GOES WRONG. WHEN A PURCHASED COMPONENT FAILED, I WALKED INTO THE STORE AND WAS GREETED BY NAME. MY COMPUTER WAS FIXED WITHIN A DAY OR TWO. I FEEL I CAN CALL WITH A PROBLEM AND GET REAL HELP.
