Timely, helpful, professional. The work performed was more than expected after reading expected charges on Angie list.

Very responsive, came prepared with replacement pump after setting up appointment the prior day.

Went well until the serviceman said we really didn't need to have them pumped so soon. He told us after both tanks were pumped that we really didn't need to do for at least 5 to 7 years since only one person was using the septic system in each household. Wish he would have checked the system before he started the work or at least asked how many were using the second one after he pumped the first.

Everything went flawless. They were very punctual and the price was reasonable. Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave us some recommendations for maintaining our system. Monica was also very helpful. I called her afterwards for some advice and she answered my questions in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend them. Thanks.

They came out and took care of what they need to and did an ok job for us. They are efficient.

We felt they did a great job. While we were aware that they were the company that last did our septic tank, we were not involved directly with them. Our house was being managed by a property manager and was being rented out while were aware from the area. When we first called, they answered all our questions about pricing and extra charges, if there were to be any, so there would be no surprises when they came. Getting an appointment date was easy, and there were several choices for times in the day they could come. The work was very efficient. I tried to locate our tank ahead of time to save money and time, but I was not able. Lonnie found it right away, and it only took about 20 minutes to dig the area around the tank covers. Lonnie inspected the tank, made sure that everything looked OK, and kept the area clean while pumping. At the end, we found that one tank cover was defective. It was made of concrete and it cracked when Lonnie stepped on it. It was obvious that the concrete had deteriorated. It was crumbling into big chunks. This was not due to any fault on Lonnie's part, but we needed to go and buy another to replace it, which we did. Still, Lonnie was very apologetic. He gave us the names of a couple of companies nearby that would likely have covers, as we had no idea where to find these things. He also did not charge us for any digging in light of the cracked cover. And, of course, we will call upon them again next time.

They were great. They quoted a fair price for the work showed up on time and didn't try to sell me additional services. Also, Lonnie, who came out and did the work, took the time to show me how to clean the filter, removed a pipe section left in the tank by the last company we used and gave me several tips to improve the functioning of our system.

The person who pumped the tank was a little early. We had asked him to call first but maybe that information was not relayed to him. He was very nice and didn't try to sell us a bunch of "extras" which we had been bombarded with in the past (other septic tank companies). I told him "Lonnie" that we had decided on Sultan Pumper because of reviews we had read on Angie's list. He didn't know what Angie's List was and so I told him about it. His comment was that he liked his company and thought that they really had a good crew working there.

We've used Sultan Pumping for several years and they have always been very professional in what I'd consider a crappy business. They are timely and don't leave behind a mess. They helped me install risers over my tanks so that it would save me pumping costs in the future.

First someone came out ahead of the truck to make sure he could find the septic and to start digging so that the area would be ready to pump it out. My husband had already beat him to it and had dug the area out. They were really straight forward. They looked at our septic and said that it was in good operating order and pumped it out.
