+ -1 moreThey showed up at the time they said they would and were very professional about how they approached the job in starting to work immediately upon arrival. They were very receptive when I asked them to do a couple of things not previously discussed. Other than taking a lunch break, worked non stop the entire day. My yard looked wonderful when they finished.
Description of Work: A total landscape cleanup including all weeding and pruning. Above and beyond what I expected. Not necessarily the least expensive but very knowledgeable about all aspects of landscape care. .I have known Brian for over 20 years and totally appreciate the care he takes in accommodating the customer. Very ethical. His crew, and especially Jose, are simply the best. Highly recommend this service.

+ -1 moreBrian Skinner evaluated the job and told me what was needed to improve the landscape. I got detailed information in his bid and he lived up to the contract. As a matter of fact, he exceded my expectations in adjusting and replacing sprinkler heads. We now have much better drainage and the materials are of the highest quality. He didn't take any short cuts and made sure that the drains were installed correctly. In addition, his workers, Jose and Jorge were very professional and hard working. I don't think you could find better people to do this kind of work. He doesn't pretend to be the cheapest, but stresses quality workmanship and materials, which brings him repeat business. He has 30 years of experience and teaches at Edmons Community College. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to install a quality lawn.
Description of Work: Took out old yard. Put in four French drains in the back yard to improve drainage. Brought in new soil and mulch and rototilled twice. Re-shaped soil to improve drainage. Brought in quality turf and installed. Adjusted and/or replaced sprinkler heads.
