Description of Work: We had our kitchen remodeled, a new bar put in, trim throughout, flooring (both laminent and tile), new wood doors, fire place and entry with reclaimed wood and faux beams.

 + -1 morePhil was always communicative, on time, and willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job done. When the linoleum I had provided for the job turned out to be too small, he went to Home Depot and bought another piece. I was out of town for part of the project but he problem-solved and made sure the project was done on schedule, always checking in with me to be sure I approved of his solutions. This work was done on a rental with a renter that can be hard to please, but even she had glowing words to say about Phil!
Description of Work: General repair after water leak damage: drywall, subfloor, installing linoleum and laminate flooring, painting.

 + -1 moreI absolutely love my laundry room and staircase! Phil did an amazing job! He was very professional and responsive and did exactly what we asked him to do. I couldn't be happier with the results! I would highly recommend Sequoia Construction and Consulting for your remodel!
Description of Work: Phil with Sequoia Construction and Consulting remodeled our laundry room and added an open staircase upstairs in our house. We showed him pictures of what we wanted the laundry room and staircase to look like and he built it exactly like the pictures! Laundry room included building shelves, a closet, a bench and replacing the linoleum floor with tile. Staircase included demo of a wall and adding an open staircase.
