I was in the market for a painter to paint my office space after finishing my drywall. I found the advertisement for Rainbow unlimited on craigslist and I contacted Raul. He came in twice and looked at the space to give me a quote. I advanced him a $1000 check to buy the paint. This was the last time I saw him. He ended up getting fined by the state for $1000. Check his record at the L&I website.
Description of Work: A small paint job in a new construction.
