Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets, including stairs. Some spot treatment, but the largest heavy-traffic area was not cleaned well and the area re-stained almost immediately despite promises that the extra treatment and re-application of StainGuard would take care of it. OK job, but nothing special.

Description of Work: Very professional. They came over and had a look at the area and since we still had wet paint offered to do the work next morning early. They came at 6.30 am and were done by 8.30 am, in time for us to move in by 12 ! Awesome service. The clean was good for carpets that were well beyond their usable life. We ultimately replaced them, but the place was clean and sanitized before we moved in.

Description of Work: Cleaned two machine made wool oriental carpets. They did not attempt to bleach the fringe as other popular carpet cleaners have done to my other carpets, so after the cleaning, the fringe and the rest of the rugs came out with the same color as when I bought them some 30 years ago.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet, but they did a really nice job. Plus, it was less damp after they finished then I find with other cleaners and dried really quickly. I liked that.

Description of Work: We delivered our rugs to their facility and they were deemed to be extremely dirty - A bit of an embarrassment as the rooms they were in are extremely dark so we didn't realize how bad they were until they were rolled out in the daylight. | |They are now soft and clean and a pleasure to live with. | |We also had a dirt/stain repellent treatment added at for an additional charge which should help keep them clean longer. | |Would definitely use their services again!

Description of Work: The young man who came to my house was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job cleaning the carpeting in several rooms. He also cleaned a chair and did fine work on it. I'd recommend PureClean to anybody. I was more pleased with this carpet cleaning service than any other I've ever experienced, and I'd certainly use PureClean again.

Description of Work: Service was excellent and very professional. They came on time, steam cleaned our house very well. Their machine broke down half way through. They apologized for it, came the next day and completed the job at a time that worked for me.
