Description of Work: They did a really good job cleaning 2 pottery barn wool rugs. One had dark stains on a light background from a pet accident. They got it 99.9% out (amazingly) and said they wanted to stop before they removed the color from the rug itself. I was not too hopeful it would look great, because the stain had sat for a while, but they did a great job on it. I was worried I might have to get rid of the rug and thrilled to not have to do that. As for their office/location, they are very courteous, communicative, left me phone messages when my rugs were done for pickup, helped me load/unload them and were generally very pleasant. I will probably hire them to clean my carpets sometime soon.

Description of Work: Eric came in to do a sandless refinishing of our wood floors. We had to keep off the floors for a few hours after he was done but the floors looked great after he was done.

Description of Work: Really great service. We had a scheduling snafu that they remedied immediately. The work they did was fast, high quality, with no hard upgrade selling. My carpets look great!

Description of Work: When Pure Clean first did our carpets one room was not up to the level that they had previously done. It was a new person. We had the original cleaner come out and redo the room. It was done very well then. | |In addition the hot water hose marred (left hose trails) the surface of our AZEK decking on the front porch. It turns out that AZEK can be effected by hot temperatures. The owner of Pure Clean did ultimately did get out the hose trails on the AZEK. He worked hard to keep his customers happy. The length of time to resolve the issue was due to our schedule, dealing with AZEK to figure out what to do and the busy schedule of the owner of Pure Clean. | |Pure Clean does a good job but the Angie's list big deals are not always that great. You have to ask how many sq ft are included besides the number of rooms and watch all the extra cleaners, pet treatments, and other treatments. The prices can add up quickly. | |Over all we were pleased with the commitment of the owner to resolve the last deck marring issue. He did well!

Description of Work: Initial contact was several days delayed. Then the responder argued that I was within their described service area--I am. Actual service went OK, but the description should have clarified there is a minimum 4 hour (summer, windows open) drying period when the floors could not be walked on. Finally, the provider utilized a laser measure to determine coverage. He might have provided some detail on how it was measuring since there are some spacial deviations in the area. Provider was VERY polite; helped me slide a couple of pieces of furniture.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the Angie Lists deal - 2 area rugs cleaned for the price of one. They are located close to my home so getting the rugs over there was not problem. They were cleaned on time and look great. No toxic smell. Just Pure Clean.

Description of Work: Bought a $119 Angie's list coupon. Upselling when they arrived led to bill 3x that much. Then they billed again for the $119 which we caught and had them refund.

Description of Work: I had three rugs to be cleaned. Two had difficult stains and one had been stored in a damp area and had significant mold odor. Two rugs were not color fast. They explained my options in detail and suggested ways to improve the wearability of the rugs. The rug with the mold issues has a very strong odor from the treatment and can't be used yet. However, I don't believe that is the fault of the company; it simply required heavy treatment. |The rugs were not ready for pick up until over a week after the promised delivery date. | |I would use them again.

Description of Work: Happy with the service and the cleaning products that they are using. My only suggestion is that they give better directions on where they are located and where to drop off the rugs (in the back of the facility). Maybe better signage in the back. Also this is a small family owned business. I was given an appointment as to when to drop off the rugs, but when my timeline changed I then had to pin them down on when someone would be in the office in order to drop off the rugs. When I needed to pick up the rugs everything went smoothly.

Description of Work: We used an Angie's list coupon to have the carpets cleaned. The gentleman who came was professional, and helpful. He was also very thorough, the cleaning took longer than I expected, but I feel the results were much better than other carpet cleaners we have had in the past.
