Description of Work: The only suggestion I would have would be to have better signage from the street to the office. It is in the back and I only found it by calling and asking as I drove around the industrial park. Otherwise I was completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Cleaned my Living Room, Hallway and Bedroom carpet. Also cleaned my couch where my dog often rubbed against it last winter.

Description of Work: I delivered 3 area rugs to their office and the rugs were cleaned there. One rug was large and two were small hallway rugs. The job was well done, however, I felt the cost was too high. This is my first time of using such service and I didn't have a comparison price point. |Nonetheless, I would use this company again, they did a fabulous job on the rugs!

Description of Work: They picked up my 5'x 8' wool/silk blend area rug, cleaned it, and returned it to my home. I regret having this particular rug cleaned by this company, as the cleaning method was a little too rough for the silk fibers, which showed more signs of wear when the rug was returned. The rug also still had some stains on it when it was returned. The company didn't call to inform me that the rug need extra treatment for stains. I would have paid extra for the stain treatment, if I had known there were actual stains in the carpet that wouldn't come out with their usual cleaning process. It is now obvious to me that silk rugs need a gentler cleaning process than this company provides. Good to know for future reference. I think this company would do a great job on synthetic rugs and strong natural fibers. Make sure you tell them you are willing to pay extra for stain treatment where necessary.

Description of Work: I had PureClean clean the carpets in my living room, guest bedroom, and office. The carpets looked fantastic afterward and I am very pleased with the results. The only negative was that they took considerably longer to dry than the tech thought they would. We have frieze carpet and we couldn't put the furniture back in the rooms until the next morning.

Description of Work: I brought in very dirty area rugs and PureClean put in extra effort to insure they were clean! I had to wait a few more days to pick up the rugs as I was told they did a second cleaning however it was worth the wait. They came out spotless and I wasn't charged for the additional wash. I'll definitely use PureClean again!

Description of Work: They did a no-sand hardwood floor refinishing. They arrived on time, finished on time, and were quite professional. However, I was only moderately happy with the results, as there were still many discolorations and scratch marks on the floors that were obvious to the eye.

Description of Work: Cleaned and removed scratches from hardwood floor. Floor in 47 year old house was last professionally re-finished 25+ years ago. When we moved the bed to vacate the house, there were scratches on the floor and some damage from water that must have spilled under the bed unnoticed. We are trying to spiff up the house for sale but do not want to invest too much money in rehab costs. Peter came out and looked over the damage, did a spot check to see if he thought he could mitigate the damage, and gave me an honest opinion & estimate. The floor looks great. Scratches are gone and the water damage in 2 places is less obvious, not gone, but your eye doesn't immediately go there when you walk into the room. | |Peter was professional and did a great job. The cost was I would use again, but we are moving out of the service area. reasonable for the work done and outcome.

Description of Work: They cleaned and deodorized my carpets. They were great about calling to confirm the time and gave me a call an hour before they came. Very polite, professional. Will have them come back to clean the carpets in other rooms in my house.

Description of Work: Cleaned two area rugs that had been in storage for about five years. I decided to have them pick up the rugs and returned them when done. When they were delivered they laid them out for me, thought that was a great option. The rugs turned out great and so glad to have them back in my home.

Description of Work: Good job on floors however I felt like they kind of misled on cost over the phone. I felt they up sold me when they got here. They also took paint off my wall by not being careful with their spot remover product.

Description of Work: This was the 2nd time I used Pure Clean and they were as professional, responsive, and efficient as the previous cleaning. 3 carpets were cleaned and treated onsite. 3 area carpets were taken, cleaned offsite, and returned within a week. I am very happy with the results and will continue to use their services.

Description of Work: Ruben was GREAT - responded within a day to my signing up for the PureClean deal, scheduled a time that worked for me, and confirmed it a week later. He cane right on time on the day of service with his son. After several years of teenagers and dogs, I thought my carpets were a lost cause, but they managed to remove all the spots and my carpets are bright again! Love that they use non-residue, healthy products, and supporting a local, family owned business with a great track record (great reviews on Angie's List and elsewhere!). Ruben and his son were professional, diligent and gracious - I'd use them again in a heartbeat :).
