Description of Work: Peter did such a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. They looked like new again, which is no small task with a toddler and 2 dogs.

Description of Work: Great performance. They came on time, were clear about what the price was going to be for what we wanted done. They did the work with a smile and left after cleaning up. They were very professional. I will certainly use them the next time.

Description of Work: I purchased the hardwood floor minimal restoration. They sand about 1/16 of the surface and then apply a clear coat to the floors. My kitchen/eating area was in pretty bad shape - the entry and 1/2 bath were both quite good. Sales person assured me that I would be much happier if I also had those 2 areas done so the whole area looked the same. I can see no difference in how the bath and entry look different EXCEPT that I now have doggie claw marks as well as application streaks in the polyurethane at the front door that I did not previously have. |We were told to wait 3 hours before walking on it. We waited 24 and still had issues with dog claw marks. REALLY sorry I had those 2 extra areas done - it added to my bill and doesn't look as good as before. |The really bad areas of my kitchen and dining area look better and at least there are no bare wood spots anymore and I can mop without getting mud now. It would have been a better value if there had been a bit thicker polyurethane(?) coat applied. I did not contact them after service as I don't have time for them to come out again. |If I were to do it again, I would only have the portion of floor done that I originally paid for and not the extra areas that I now know did not need it.

Description of Work: Love this team! I brought them a beautiful rug which had some pet accidents, and they did a great job -- it's still clean, sweet-smelling, AND no pet re-marking a year later. I also brought them some rugs from my preschool classroom in August, and they cleaned the rugs quickly and carefully AND checked cleaning products with me so that I knew they were safe for my classroom (for example, they recommended no mildew protection, because not absolutely safe around children). YAY! Will use PureClean again as soon as needed!
