I had an excellant experience with Ben. I will use them again, and refer them to others as well, and I don't do that lightly. He was very nonintrusive and respectful of my home and to me. I have a very sick, old dog that sometimes has accidents. He did a great job with those places. One area was very problematic. The carpet cleaning brought up urine that was in the pad. That happens and no way for carpet cleaners to know that ahead of time. He will come back to fix it and knows how to fix it. Yea! He did not have to do that. I will use them FOREVER!

From my initial call to get details before purchasing the Angie's Deal to the completion of the floor refinish, Pure Clean was very responsive and professional. Eric called to let me know he was running late because of traffic but completed his work in good time upon arrival. Eric did a nice job with our hardwoods and provided thorough instructions for proceeding afterwards. His insistence on giving us a bid on carpets was a bit aggressive and over pitched, though. We are disappointed that the cleaning and refinishing didn't actually repair some of the scuff marks and dings in our floor, but are glad to have shiny refinished floors. Overall this was a positive experience and we would consider having them back to clean our carpets.

I called Pure Clean and was able to get service scheduled for the next morning. Everyone was polite and the technician showed up right on time. Cleaning took about 2.5 hours. Afterwards, the carpets were fairly damp and since it's a rainy Seattle winter, they took a while to dry. After the cleaner left, I set up numerous fans and cranked up the heat in the house to get the carpets dry faster. Most spaces were dry within 8 hours; some took a bit longer. Carpets look great, and best of all, no perfume chemical smell since they don't use soap/detergents. (Very important since I am sensitive to many chemicals!) Our couch was also cleaned, and the fabric (hemp linen) was left fairly wrinkled in places. So much so that I ended up ironing the couch later in the evening. Still, post-ironing, it looks lovely. So overall, I rated "A" to everything but price...it was a little steep at $520 total. Of that, $210 was the couch, so I think the carpet portion of the bill was fair. But $210 for a couch that I had to spend 30 minutes ironing, well, since it was clean and was great in the end, I grade the price "B." I would certainly use Pure Clean again, especially for a carpet-only job.

I had a great experience, easy to setup an appointment with them online. This pure clean franchise is a local small business with a few family members working together. I like supporting those establishments when I can.
